Mr. Jayne and his office has assisted me for roughly 2 years now with my divorce and I can't thank them enough. Very quick to respond to emails. Also, I believe the price I paid for a retainer versus the service/representation I received in return to be pretty generous.

I had unique circumstances regarding my divorce that no other attorney in Escambia or Santa Rosa County could begin to guess what to do when I called them. When I brought my case to Mr. Jayne, he immediately knew what had to be done and was able to get the desired results.

I would highly recommend Mr. Jayne, especially if you are a U.S. servicemember as he is quite knowledgeable in military pay systems and laws.

He was my attorney many years ago. He accomplished what others could not

Horrible lawyer. I wasted money. He literally sat there in court and said nothing. 3 grand down the toilet for what I could have done by myself.

My Fiancee and I could not have been happier with Kenneth Jayne and what he has done for us and our family .. Both him and his paralegal are very professional and attentive. I honestly would never choose anyone other then Jayne for a family law lawyer .. He got us exactly what we wanted and NEEDED! I would highly recommend him to anyone (:

Mr Jayne and his staff have always answered any question I have. He represented me during child support and mediation. Mr Jayne fought for us and did a wonderful job at explaining every part of the case thoroughly. Thank You :)

He and Kathy were great in helping me! He got my divorce taken care of quickly and I know that, should I need to go back to court, I'll be hiring him again. Excellent investment.

Recently in great need for good advice , I called this office to set up a consultation. Although the the attorney was out of the office for vacation, his secretary helped me beyond measure to find a solution to my problem of an absent father requesting a summer visitation at the beginning of the school year. although she could not provide me with specific legal advise I would like to share that her help expresses the concern for parents in distress with such a delicate matter. That is a direct reflection of what this office offers ! Thank you very much.

I too do not under any circumstances recommend this man. He is a horrible lawyer and doesn't seem to have a clue. As another review said he always states he didn't have enough time to get familiar with the case. He was actually scared of the lawyer my ex had, told me this himself.

Go somewhere else. I retained this attorney 2 months before my Final Hearing (Yes, short notice because I originally hired a dunce.) He agreed to take the case on short notice. Before I go any further, let me just say that his argument will be "I only had a couple of months to get familiar with the case"...if that's your argument, then you shouldn't have taken the case. Now, onto details....

My ex took my two daughters and moved to Tampa shortly before I filed. She had a job up here and obtained a job in Tampa. She lied in court, in which case, I would lean over to Mr. Jayne and tell him "that's a lie"...his response...."Don't worry about it, the Judge doesn't care about that." This happened on several occasions during the Final Hearing. When the Judge made his decision, the Child Support figures were incorrect (horribly), alimony was double and twice as long as what Mr. Jayne advised it would be, and I was to pay arrearages AND daycare....all to the tune of $2800/month (let's just say I make a little bit more than that.)

Furthermore, he did object to a lot of decisions the judge decided on because the judge didn't find any "cause" for them....the opposing attorney went ahead and filed the paperwork anyways....where was Mr. Jayne??? No where...not objecting to the court or doing anything, he just let the skewed numbers and papers get pushed to the Judge without a fight. Additionally, I had grounds for an appeal...Mr. Jayne had the audacity to say "Well, I know a good Appeals lawyer." Because of his "don't worry, the Judge doesn't care about that" mentality, I am now about to be thrown in jail for contempt (for inability to pay).

Run elsewhere with your money.

Excellent representation; efficient and to the point. Realistic. Affordable. Got me everything I wanted in mediation pertaining to my ex's first cross-country relocation with my kids (control of travel, liberal visitation, reduced child support). Fought the next relocation and some contempt for denied visits at a court hearing a few years later--couldn't have done anything any better or any differently; Mr. Jayne made all the points and a great case--maintained my low child support and my control over travel. Got my ex's child support review dismissed.

Denied visits continue, but through no fault of this guy--he can only do his legal duty and due diligence but ultimately it's up to both parents to do right by the kids. Provided excellent and realistic advice as it pertains to the denied visits by the mother, however.

His legal assistant is a certified paralegal; very professional and helpful in as many matters as she can address, as well.

Couldn't ask for a better team; will continue business with these folks so long as our case remains in Florida.

If you want a good representative please do NOT go to this law office. Number onethe recpetionist that works for him is horrible. She is very rude and snobby like. She kind of makes you sound dumb everytime you ask her a question. The lawyer I had no interation with him for long periods of time. I paid him 2500 dollars to get crap service. I went to visit him in person and it seemed like he didn't even care even when his website is all for "helping" individuals. Also when I did finally get divorced they didnt even send me a ceritified copy like the lawyer should do especially for the amount I paid him for. I called them and the receptionist was dumbfounded that I even asked her for the certified copy. I needed it ASAP and she told me she was not going to pick it up because I told her the least she could do was pick it up and mail it to me for the amount I paid her for. This was horrible service if I would have known this was how it was going to be I would have picked a different and better representative. I am disgusted with this law firm. Please save your money and choose a different one. I dont rate this poor-fail, I rate it beyond poor.
