This office is very much a mom and pop law office. Observe the office hours. If there is any conflict in your marriage this is NOT the law office you are looking for.

I recommend this lawyer for paper work and good dressing, but not to fight for you. My case was so simple and he made it complicated, was not prepared, and said ... just hope for the best ... I had 200 pages of proof that my wife cheated on me, and I ended up losing everything, left me with two boys, kept the house, 2 cars, everything in it, and not only that, I ended up paying alimony until she dies. The case took a year and tons of money. I kept my kids but had nothing to start with, not even a bed for them. This happened in 2013 and I am still recovering.

Her attorney was Gayle Ryba in Pensacola, she was prepared and she did an awesome job destroying my council. Do your homework before selecting your lawyer. I did not.

Stay away from this guy. I filed ethics complaints on him for contacting me while I had representation and he was fully aware and I had email documentation that was 100% conclusive. That is lawyer Lesson 101 that you can’t try to contact anyone that is represented. Florida bar is broke as he never had to answer to his wrong doing. Stay away from him. Read the other bad reviews.

Let me just start by saying if you are in a fight, you want Tim Nusser on your side. Tim maybe be quiet during the process of discovery and motions, but when it came down to getting the job done... Lets just say he was the Michael Jordan of the hearing. I had the odds stacked against me in my case (child support/custody) although common sense would say that I was a victim of a vindictive ex-spouse. In deposition, which I was terrified of because in all my 40 years of life I had never been in a court room or before a lawyer or judge, Tim prepared me for what was to come. Although I knew my situation was unique and hard to prove to the judge as to why, Tim took an approach that most lawyers didn't. First, he continue to push his point to the judge on how I was being prejudiced in my case. His research and case findings were phenomenal. The judge had not choice but to hear him out. Then Tim had the judge hear my testimony which was somewhat long but the judge could not turn his attention away from the injustice that was being done. We left the judge's chambers better than I could have ever expected. I will forever rave about this approach and finish. He is like that lil terrier dog that sits on the porch and watches the other dogs until there is an injustice and he brings order to the situation. I would go to court with Tim as my representation ANY day of the week. To Mr. Nusser (if you ever read this), I sincerely THANK YOU. Your bite is much great than your bark. I had to wait through to process to understand that. I can say Ann Meador felt the wrath of your bite. Also, Judge Simon opened up and got more understanding through your approach and thorough explanation of the situation. Thanks again for everything. My family is better because of you.

Mr. Nusser and his staff worked long, hard and diligently on a very difficult case of mine, in an effort to get my 22+ years of alimony reduced. We went to arbitration yesterday, and we succeeded in getting my alimony cut in half! Other attorneys had taken a pass on my case, but Tim came through for me!

Retaining Mr. Nusser as my divorce attorney is a decision I regret. Mr. Nusser verbally explained the divorce process including a $3,000 "minimum fee" & an additional $1,500 cost deposit. I was lead to believe the $3,000 would cover an uncontested divorce & the $1,500 would be used to cover any expenses over the $3,000 if we had to go to court. I cancelled my divorce. I was expecting a full refund of the $1,500 & believed the filing fees were to be deducted from the $3,000 "minimum fee". Instead I was only refunded the $1,500 LESS fees of $427. Mr. Nusser is maintaining keeping the $3,000 & deducting expenses from the $1,500 is what the contract allowed him to do. I believed the costs incurred were going to be deducted from the $3,000 "minimum fee". I feel Mr. Nusser misrepresented this to me & owes me the total refund of $1,500. Mr. Nusser has refused to settle this issue in a manner satisfactory to me. I would not recommend his services to anyone in the future.
