My records were not reviewed caused me to lose my case and a year and a half of my life. I was not satisfied with this representation.

Terrible never spoke with Byron Lassiter until day of disability hearing , didn't seem to know my fiancee's case to well at all, never wanted to meet in person always over the phone with assistants! Needed help with doctor appointments and lawyer stated in a letter that he can't help all his clients that way! Well I believe that if you help some clients you must help them all, it's only fair to give everyone the same chance at getting their disability benefits!!

Attorney never requests any medical records despite me updating them after EVER appointment. Attorney phone prep for hearing was less than 10 minutes. Explained my concerns the next day. Showed up to hearing and the attorney hadn't prepared herself nor myself. Judge insinuating I was lying because attorney hadn't requested my records. Had to drive 8 hours to another state after hearing to bring them what they needed. They still hadn't done anything. SSA wouldn't let me represent myself. The attorney should be ashamed of herself. I'd recommend anywhere else. I was a paralegal and did Social security disability for 5 years. Our clients were never thrown to the wolves like this. Still waiting on decision from Judge for a hearing about 2 months ago. The only staff member that knew what was on my case was the receptionist whom is no longer there. This firm to my case and did no work for me.

I had a consultation with the paralegal on April 6th 2019 and I gave them so many medical records. All my medications i was on. All my papers I ever got from the S.S. office test I've had done. Just about anything you can think of and was told I would hear something from their office in about 2 weeks. Its been alittle over 5 weeks and I have left a few messages to give updates on new medications added and new test coming up new Dr.appointments coming up and for someone to please call me back.and no one has called in these 5 weeks. I still have no clue if he is going to even take my case. But a phone would be nice to know something. I'm stressed to the max over here which just makes me even sicker. I dont understand whats going on. I pray he takes my case. I just need to know....

twice, years apart called for help; talked extensively with the "staff" about a major mistake in my prior income, which I discovered caused my disability payments to exclude coverage for my two young children; asked for help to correct the record; they refused both times to help (they had already collected their fees out of my ss award); the third time I called to repeat my request for help, they had shredded my case files and had 'no way' to help,,,,, ... yeah right,,,, obviously a lousy and cheap-minded lawyer,,, this is entirely true,, don't believe the bologna about 'his wonderful staff'; only met him once,for only a minute, right before meeting with a magistrate judge; lawyer is out of touch; horrible support service after their payday; i do have past experience assisting several other lawyers with their practice.
