Mr. Maloney was able to get a good settlement for me from another driver's insurance company. The other driver turned left in front of me, my jeep rolled when it hit the other car, and was totaled. I was very pleased with the professional handling and communication even though I had been visiting from another state.

I sent an email to them weeks ago. Never got a response.

Really was not impressed. If your case isn't big, they don't want it.

I never spoke with my representative and the assistant did not seem to listen or read my emails. They told me that regardless of my injuries or state that the attorney didn’t do anything until I reached maximum medical benefit. So no lost income, no payment of medical bills and their answer was to send in my medical bills to my employer. I was in a car accident. The person who hit me is responsible not the employer. Very dissatisfied.

This is the man for the job. He's a father, a husband, and a solid man. He will talk to anyone, through email, phone, text, always available. He will be my lawyer very soon. Hey Mr. Maloney burn those tires for me.

I've met with Mr. Maloney on several occassions. He was always extremely professional, on-time and didn't beat around the bush. The office staff was always very nice and helpful.

Please stay very far away from this law office, especially Maloney. Difficult to obtain attention unless your suit is of six figures, horrible account/bookkeeping where debts listed in settlement are not paid and land on your credit report, purposely ignore calls/e-mails or with extreme delay respond, bad advice given to attempt client to receive more money from settlement; however, you (client) just end up forsaking more of your own money with no true compensation. I learned if EVER involved in a terrible car accident again to do the leg work myself (since that's what I was doing for the law office anyway because they were taking forever). The support staff is nice enough up to a point, but between the double charging ($70 to Fedex settlement check from Mobile to Birmingham after moving ??), over charging for "administrative and real work" completed, and having a said debt paid put on my credit report I will never deal with any lawyer again (unless it's related to operating a business and needed). Please for your heart and peace of mind's sake stay far away.
