I retained Stacy Riker for divorce proceedings and she was fantastic (or as fantastic as a divorce lawyer can be).
I had an idea in mind before hand what I wanted to do and she was great about telling me what my options were and the best way to deal with my particular situation.
The hourly rate was also more than reasonable for the services and compared to other lawyers in Lubbock. They also communicate with you through a website so it makes it pretty easy send messages back and forth without having to play phone tag.
After I used Mrs. Riker, I also had them do some other documents and overall couldn't be happier with their services. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family.

Stacy Ryker is an AMAZING lawyer! I talked to 3 lawyers before hiring Stacy and I can honestly say I picked the right one! I can't thank this man enough. A police officer lied and said I was speeding then searched my car to find 3 pot chocolate bars and a gummy bear that I had a prescription for. As a consequence I was looking at mandatory 2 to 20 years in prison and a felony. Trey got the case dismissed in place of 1 year probation. Again, I can't thank him enough. I've been told that is unheard of for that county.

This guy is an attorney and a real estate broker.....if you are buying or selling real estate he is on your side whereas "agents" with a weekend education will tell you they have your best interest at heart......but that is only up until you commit to a contract...then guess what - you are on your own. Stacy was the first and only attorney that I contacted. I live in Houston but my child custody case was being handled in Lubbock county. Once I explained my case to Stacy she told me that I had a strong case for child custody modification. She’s a no bull attorney and was always professional AND personable. Stacy always stayed in contact with me which I cannot say for past attorneys that I have had in the past. Stacy will shoot it to you straight and will not nickel and dime you. I have to say that I had a great experience with Stacy during one of the most stressful situations of my life. The experience went so well that I have retained her for any future litigation. My case was settled in mediation which saved me thousands of dollars. Don’t pass up Stacy and this law firm! They were great! Stacy is also a Texas Tech fan! So that helped knowing that she wasn’t an Aggie or a Longhorn! But in all seriousness, Stacy is on her way to being a force to reckoned with in West Texas.
