My Mother passed away in 2017 and had filed a claim.... From the very first time I had to call to say my mother had passed. Mrs Laura Parker as went above and beyond and she has been so sweet and kind to me.. I have stayed updated on what's going.. I highly recommend Davis & Crump. Everyone is Great and they all do go the extra mile for there clients

I’m in my early 40’s and I had a stroke due to vaping. I do not vape the marijuana stuff and still suffered a stroke. But with all the bad reviews on here about how they never pay up or keep in contact w clients, I think I’ll go elsewhere or not file at all.

People, watch the documentary "A Billion Lives" and it will give you an idea of the corruption involved by government, the fda, american lung association who all have an agenda against the vaping industry.....and it all comes down to money....just like this law firm.

Very impressed with Davis and Crump. My mother in law had filed a claim before she had passed away about 6 years ago. My husband and I had no clue about the lawsuit she was a part of but after she passed, The Davis & Crump office went over and beyond to track down my husband and let him know of the lawsuit. To be honest, it took a LONG time (years) and lots of paper work - (but that would be expected) They were always extremely professional and kept us in the loop of what was going on throughout the whole process. We really felt that they were working hard for us the whole time. We just got the settlement this week and even though it doesn’t even compare to having my mother in law still here with us, it was a huge blessing. I have been involved in the case with the vaginal mesh. I received info court had decided the case in 2016 Oct. But no money would be devided until one year, so waited a year and after a lot of calls received my award letter, needed to have notarized and sent back, asap! Did that in one day! But still no money 6 months later! Every time I call I'm told nothing new, few more weeks, few more months! WTH? I know the dollar amout, so who's getting the interest off this money. Im told they need to be sure there are no leans, bankruptcies, medcare owed? I owe nothing, do I need another lawyer to get what you say I was awarded?? How about we start taking back some of your 40% for late fee charges on you? This has been going on for years!
There is no excuse for this money already awarded, signed for, take 3 years to get to me.

However, there is one lady in particular that I prefer to work directly with. That is Laura Parker. Even before she was assigned my cases, she would6 ALWAYS answer or return my calls and questions. First I would like to state that Davis and Crump has a great group of office staff. This is my case, and in all fairness others may have different outcomes, plus you must consider that they are here to make money which I understand. I had two hernia mesh surgeries, and 1 repair surgery, with Tennessee giving you one year to file a lawsuit . Davis and Crump so paperwork was done May 2017, with repair surgery being done in August 2017. Was finally notified that court date had been set for May 7th, 2018. never talked to lawyer, so had no idea what was going on with lawsuit, all information was obtain from staff. April 2018 I get contract in mail of representation from another law firm, who state they are working with Davis & Crump. Return paperwork , then get a dated letter (May 3, 2018) from other firm saying case was dropped. Still nothing from Davis and Crump, when I enquirer, received a follow up letter from Davis and Crump stating that the case was closed, after I had contacted their office.

Again this is my own personal experience, if I had not contacted them prior to surgery being done, I would really have been screwed for any potential litigation, since the year they took was really stretching it.

This firm has a great support staff. The team is dedicated to providing the best service they can to the clients as well as potential clients. The environment is family oriented and friendly. One thing this team does once a year providing for needy families during the holidays is just one of the many ways this team shows their compassion for helping others which is what they do on a daily basis.

I signed an agreement with this firm in 2014, They lied and said I refused to accept the settlement, that is a complete frabrication. I contacted them in Feb of this year to follow-up on my case, first I was told that my case was not settled yet, and that I was put on category three. The next day I got a call back from Elisa Mitchell, telling me that my case had been settled. I asked them to provide me with information as to when my case was settled, and for how much, and why I was not notified. I got no reply back from from anyone in that law firm. We've all suffered enough from the surgery, the last thing we need is to be mistreated by these attorneys. We must all come together and file a class action lawsuit. The only reason I gave them a one star, is because I had no other choice. They are HORRIBLE

I have an class action lawsuit with Davis&Crump and I have been waiting over a year to receive my payment and all I've gotten is the run around from Susan gavanie... I tried to get a loan from a loan company on my pending payment and they wouldn't forward the necessary information for the loan and tried to persuade me not to... So now I'm I'm reporting them to the Bar let's fill a class action suit against Davis&Crump.. Respond .looking into a lawsuit against Davis&Crump for breaching my lawsuit and for stating falsification on my lawsuit and they had the audacity to charge40% ... And withholding my funds and they've already received payment on a portion of my lawsuit but never sent me a dime.. Davis&Crump are thieves... And a untrustworthy lawfirm... Let's start a class action against them

I am beyond angry with Davis & Crimp. I've been waiting forever on my settlement money and everytime I call I get a run around. I received a letter dated April 17th if this year stating the settlement money was expected to be deposited in Davis & Crimps account within 10 days. I spoke with a Lauren Jordan and she informed me that the disbursement checks would be sent out June no later than July of 2017and here it is mid November and nothing. I've called Medicaid and Medicare both sent letters stating I owed NOTHING now conviently Lauren Jordan no longer works for the company. I spoke to a Sylvia back in mid June and she said 3 months and the checks would be sent out. Well do the math the money should have been disbursed in mid September. I called again on November 14th and naturally I got a voicemail left a message and no return call. I'm regretting contacting Davis & Crimp. Not a happy camper.

All of the attorneys at Davis & Crump care about making sure their clients are taken are of. Every experience I've had with any employee at this law firm was thoughtful, caring and considerate.

I had cancer in 2009. The doctor's tact my bladder with mesh it eroded out of my vagina also cut through the inside of my stomach leaving me to almost bleed to death. I had four surgeries total. Three revision. The law firm at first seemed great. After the second year I as there client have not been a priority. My case has been to court and they have came to a settlement agreement. They will not offer any information on how much the agreement was. I. Not satisfied with their services at all. They have given out information that they were not at all allowed to do. I am very dissatisfied with Davis and Crump and would not further recommend them . I'm in the process of having another attorney review my case.

I have been waiting for almost eight years on the schetchers law suit. They never even looked at my file. I broke every bone in my right ankle and it's all metal now. Someday I can't even walk. I Ave Kaiser and my insurance paid everything. I called to see where my money was and they told me it was tied up in litigation...because of Medicare. I don't have Medicare...so where is my money. I think the firm is getting rich of the interest and we have to pay the price. Sometimes I wish I would have gotten another firm to represent me. Nobody ever calls us, we have to continually call them. And you say you care about your clients!?

I have been a client for 6 yrs, finally got my holdback check and apparently there were 2 liens, one to medicare and one to cigna.. I am 37 so I dont even qualify for medicare and Cigna is my current insurance company and they are saying that they never put a lien on my settlement. I tried to contact Davis and Crump and was told whoops, it meant to say United Health Care not medicare but that Cigna says they are owed for lesions on my ovaries and an appendectomy. When I explained that having cysts on my ovaries and my appendix out had nothing to do with my bladder sling, I begin to get the run around and then was told to call Garretson Group about it, yet she had no idea how to contact them. Laura, a legal assistant that had been so nice to me for a year was suddenly short and cold then Davis and Crump mailed me a letter 48 hrs later that said they are closing my case and will no longer help me... Meanwhile I am missing over $6000 and I am pretty sure that they stole it..

Haven't heard from them since I signed paperwork . Unprofessional firm and would not recommend them to anyone , I'm hiring a lawyer here in Town to do something about this company if I don't get my funds

Keep calling ,and I get told call back in a month. So if anyone has founded anyone that can help, please help. I signed a settlement last yr. still nothing.

They do not communicate and when they do they make promises they do not keep. They have been hanging onto my settlement check for weeks now and each time the excuse gets more and more ridiculous. They have been grossly overpaid for my case and refuse to get me what little of my settlement that they claim I am owed. Office staff is often very rude and they suffer no repercussions for thier action s. Attorneys are NEVER available. In the 6 years I've been dealing with them I have spoken to an actual attorney about 4 times even though I have requested to speak to them dozens of times. As of today I have filed for assistance with the Mississippi Bar Association. This firm is taking 75 percent of my settlement funds and well as of right now they still have 100 percent if it. DO NOT TRUST THIS FIRM UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING MISTREATED AND CHEATED.

Bad Firm.Also these TV add firms are actually working for the Company Defendants posing to be on your side when the true intention is to get you a Low settlement on a gauranty case.

Maybe we should get together and class action sue them!!!! My mother fractured her wrist and waited until the day she died on this money. They would never let me speak to the attorney and I asked for a year. I found the legal assistant rude and I stated to her I'm the administration on the estate so they had me sign paperwork. I asked March 21st 2016 when we would receive the money from the class action lawsuit and she said January. I just spoke with her yesterday and now she's saying the end of 2017. I have been consulting with another lawyer that I used to work for and I suggest you do the same. We will be reporting this to the bar association and I suggest anyone having these issues do the same!!! My lawyer stated this makes no sense and the bar can look into their affairs if we are pushed away!!! I'm going to see if I can file a malpractice case as wrll. I was also told I won my class action suit and would be getting my money at the end of last year. No word, no replies to my email. Did they get their share? Probably. I will be taking this to the next step I guess by contacting someone to look into them. When I am a client, and they are supposed to be representing me, I want representation, not silence.

When you enter a class action suit, and WIN money you NEVER see it. You NEVER hear an update on where your money is. I received one letter stating I would see in a specific time frame. It has been years now, which is WAY past the original time line. They are not a good firm. GO elsewhere if you want to actually receive the money that is rightly yours.

Very unconcerned with individual personal injury cases. Avoid them if you need any sort of personalized legal advice and/or help with navigating a personal injury suit.

Unless you're involved in a major class-action lawsuit, their specialty, do not go to this firm for representation. Trevor Rockstad and Susan Gavagnie are currently handling a case for my wife and they seem to have little concern for our needs and/or convenience.

Any questions regarding how to proceed with treatment and other basic inquiries about our suit, are met with "blank stares" so-to-speak as if were idiots for not knowing the legal process.

It takes weeks and months at times to get a phone call returned. I cannot leave a voice mail and expect a returned call. I have to have the receptionist walk post-it notes to their desk in order to hopefully get a response within a week. It takes some shaming to get a call returned.

It's unbelievable how they treat people who are hurt and just need some advice and help.
