This guy is not only honest but is nice. I'm not certain that he was ever a judge but definetly a good judge of character. I had a lot of good experiences. I would highly recommend him. Honesty is a trait that is lacking among so many attorneys. That is not a quality lacking with Mr. Payne.

I had such a wonderful experience with a bad situation because Mr. Payne handled my case. He was sincere and honest when discussing my case with me, and I could call him anytime and he wouldn't make me feel like I was disturbing him. I am told that is unusual for an attorney to accept after hour calls. I would highly recommend him to anyone and I plan to use him again.
