Worst service ever!!!! It took them OVER 4mths to do nothing for my case. Oh but they make sure to charge you 250.00 just to make copies of your documents and store them in a database. I never spoke to a lawyer. But once I went to complain and ask for my money back they responded super quick and quick to put the blame on me for my case not moving forward. Even though I was the one try to contact them ALL the time. They called but once to ask me for paper work which I took in asap and 3mths later I still didnt here anything from them. Once I spoke to somebody they thought my case was for adoption and not a petition. These people suck! It's sad because they held up my case for 4mths. I went with another lawyer and what Jeanne Morales did not do in FOUR months they took care of my case and the petition within 2wks. Please be aware don't just go with the 1st thing that pops up.

I just got off the phone trying to set an appointment. First the little girl who answered the phone said the announcement so fast I was not able to understand it. Second when I requested to know who I was call to make sure I called the correct place, I was placed on hold. Third when someone did come onto the phone after a three minute wait all she wanted to do was not listen correctly, assume what was said, twist what was said, and argue with me. Fourth due to the fact that I do not need this aggravation or frustration when trying to set an appointment, I will not have anything to do with this law firm. I have never been treated so rudely and unprofessional in my life.

Too bad there is a no star option because this is what this law firm is worthy of receiving.

I had a rough time with another attorney I had hired, didn’t do work for a whole year! I found Jeanne Morales and it was the best choice I ever made! My divorce was finalized within 3-4 months. I called so I can speak to someone to have the secretary pickup and send me to a different secretary. She took my name and number down and said someone would call. Days later, still nothing! When it comes to immigration, first impressions are important. This is how you know if they will care about your situation.

The Midland office of Jeanne Morales was a great help in my divorce. My ex caused a lot of problems, and Ms. Morales and her staff worked hard to resolved all the issues. A special thanks to Elva and Luis - y'all are rock stars!!

I paid the lawyer $3000 upfront to handle a custody case for my son. Not only could she not get her facts straight, but I needed to point out all of the errors she repeatedly made while preparing for our case. She put me on the stand and spent the first 8 minutes going over my history as a professional and no mention of the reason we were in court. When it came down to the abuse aspect at hand there was no time to present our sons case and the neglect I witnessed. She didn’t even have enough time to ask my son questions and he was the key witness to the abuse and neglect of his children. We fired her on the spot.

We learned later she has never done a custody case before. Her assistant was so angry with her poor lack of representation she yelled at her boss and quit. I reached out to Jeanne stating she had not even touched a portion of our case (for which she had been paid in full) and that I expected she return half of our money.

Of course I never heard from her. I did hear she can’t even pay her staff. So I thought I would give her the review she earned here. Good luck to you ma’am. Respond to my email and I will take this review down.
