I was told by several friends that this attorney was great handling family cases and come to find out they aren't taking any more family cases.

I hired Mr. Chris DeAnda for a child custody case. He literally got me exactly what I asked for and was reachable at all hours of the day AND night. He worked late on my case to make sure everything was done in a timely manner. Will be using him for any future needs.

Mr. DeAnda and his staff treated me with nothing but kindness and professionalism. There is not a doubt in my mind that he worked as hard as he could for me. I had to turn myself in for a warrant and after being denied a bond two days in a row Mr. DeAnda went back on the third business day and got a bond set and I was released. I feel like he has a true passion for his career. He was very upfront and was quick to respond to all of my questions. His staff is just as professional & very caring. Words can't express how grateful I am that Mr. DeAnda was my attorney.

I read Leatra Hernandez's review and have nothing but good things to say about this law firm especially Lupita. I am assuming by reading Ms. Hernandez's post that she is just a negative person. I do not like to write reviews at all, but I thought Ms. Hernandez must have a problem with everyone after reading her other negative reviews of places. I want to defend Lupita because Ms. Hernandez does not know the real honest Lupita.

I have been in Lupita's office many times, and she has always told me the truth and kept me up to date. Every time that I go into this law firm, Lupita is prepared and gives me a status.

I am not sure why these people would have their phones on when there are signs in the office to not have your phones on for privacy reasons. It seems like they were looking for trouble. These negative people must not have anything better to do than to pass on their misery to others.

It sounds like Lupita and Mr. Deanda would be best to fire Ms. Hernandez, but from her review, she isn't even part of her husband's case. Ms. Hernandez doesn't even know the law because your bonding company is supposed to tell you about your court date.

People like Ms.Hernandez and her husband should have to apologize for spreading lies to people online like they did about Lupita. I will apologize to Lupita for them the next time I am in her office. She is a GREAT PARALEGAL that tells the TRUTH and does not lie. Ms. Hernandez, you should be ashamed of yourself!

Mr Deanda is hands down the BEST attorney I have EVER dealt with! My case was such a difficult family case, and at points I got so frustrated because I had been thru other attorneys that didn't deliver. Mr Deanda, took the time to listen to my frustrations, fought for my family like it was his own and WON! I am so grateful to him and his law office, for being patient with me and also giving it all to see my case resolved! He doesn't B.S. you, and delivers, Thank you thank you! Only wish they could take family cases again. He is trustworthy, hardworking and demands authority without being scary. Thank you Mr. Deanda for all you did for us.

Me and my husband were just thrown out of this lawyer's office off of a lie that his paralegal Lupita told about my husband threatening her. First of they called me about a case that was only supposed to be meant for him. They were supposed to contact his mom. Second, once we got to the office, his paralegal called him Mr. Maldanado and that is not his name. Then, while in the meeting my husband was trying to find out more about his case and the contact process that should have been made. The paralegal finally told him that there were things that she had to show him that I couldn't be in the room for, but because their videos did not have audio, he decided to wait in the lobby with me until they fixed the audio. Another issue my husband had, was that the paralegal gave him a representation letter without a court date on it, but told him it had a court date and it didn't. Deanda got in my husband's face, which made me and my husband worried about what was going to happen. I can understand that it may be against the law for me to have seen whatever they we're building his case with, but for a paralegal to lie and seem so unprepared with a lot of the things that she was being asked, is unprofessional. If she gave him a representation letter without a date, it would seem that she should have known that. It seems to me that this lawyer was upset because the paralegal made him look bad. This is to add to the response. Your paralegal lied. I was in the room the entire time and his mom was on the phone. She was never threatened. The only threat made was that he should have fired you all. She needs to tell the truth. Another thing, by law you were supposed to contact him about his court date and you didn't. You contacted me.

Mr. DeAnda is someone that fights for his clients for sure. I got to watch him fight for me when he didn't have a clue that I was around. I thought "wow, he is fighting for me and doesn't even know that I am watching." This man is the best attorney that I have ever had and I have had lots. This is the only attorney that I will ever recommend to anyone for sure!
You would be wasting your money to hire anyone else to represent you.

I went to school with him and ONLY send my clients who are like family to him. That’s how he treats every case. No B.S., cool, calm, and collected. If the other side wants a fight they are gonna get one from Mr. Deanda.
