Awesome firm!! They helped me with my military divorce, custody issue with my children as well as issues relating to my military retirement. The ladies in the office were extremely helpful. As a member of the military, this process was stressful even though I live in another state - they were able to put my mind at ease. I would recommend this firm to anyone.

Mr. Hesser and his staff work miracles. I hired Mr. Hesser after my first lawyer totally screwed up my divorce case. He was able to fix my failing divorce case when I thought there was no hope. Mr. Hesser not only repaired the damages done by my previous lawyer but managed to set me up with a settlement that had me walking out of court satisfied and smiling, which is hard nowadays. Very impressed and thankful that I went to this firm! I spoke with Trey Flynn on my first call.He was very helpful and informative, giving me a great deal of advise even before I agreed to hire them. David Hesser handled the majority of my case, and Angela Hesser was in constant contact with me by both phone and email. David is an expert on child custody jurisdiction. After I wasted thousands on attorneys who claimed to know how to get my custody case transferred from Georgia to Louisiana, David solved the problem and knew exactly what to do. I had not seen my son in over a year and within a month I had custody and got a wage garnishment order against the father. I cannot thank him enough for his expertise and professionalism. I admit he was not always available to take an unexpected call but I learned all I had to do was schedule a phone conference and he gave me his undivided attention.

David Hesser is honest, ethical and knows the law. He also works long hours unlike some attorneys. When you need him, he will not be out playing golf or going to a party. I would trust him with my life and would hire him for any legal issue. He fights for his clients and is well respected by decent lawyers and by Judges. He cares about all families as he does for his own. Also, notice that the bad reviews come from people who will not give a real name. I believe that if you want to praise or criticize anyone, be decent and use your real name. Otherwise, you are a coward and probably lying.

David Hesser did an excellent job on my case. He listened to the details and did not back down. I won custody of my son. You can count on David when your case matters!!!!!

This office will not return calls or emails. As one other person commented "they only want their money from you and then they forget about you and your case". The only time you will hear back from their office is when they are sending you an invoice. Please choose an attorney who cares about your case, and that will care about your concerns. We had chose this attorney as he was Board Certified, but apparently that went down the drain along with the money we paid. Very incompetent.

Terrible!! He didn't do anything for my case. Takes retainer and stumbles in court. He can't convey a message in front of a judge with competence. Look elsewhere and forget about Hesser, he forgets about you when he's paid and won't remember the details of your case.

This lawyer is very special. The first time I spoke to him he took the time to find out about me and my case. He was well prepared when I went to court. He knew the custody law and how to win my case. I got custody of my son after the attorney recommended a custody evaluation. All the other attorneys I spoke to did not give me a chance.
