I was in need of legal representation quickly. I tried calling to speak with her personally over the phone and she was "out of the office" every time I called her over the course of 3 days. I left 3 call back messages over those three days and never heard back from her. At least call to say you received the messages even if you can't talk at that particular time. Very, very unprofessional and I will seek legal representation elsewhere. AVOID
