Just horrible. Incompetent and very dissatisfied with the caliber of service. Never calls to make sure you are up to date, you MUST call them. Good luck with that, because the "assistant" Tony has a voicemail box that is constantly full! I had a slam dunk, open and shut case for a appeal of cease benefits order. I was on SSI since 2005 so I have so many records, and photos. I have a rare vascular disease that affects my immune system and makes large ulcerative wounds that heal and then recur. I'm always with wounds, so I constantly have bandages and a cane. What made me say ENOUGH was when Tony called me at 4:30 pm on 5-09-2017, two days before my final hearing and informed me of a prior engagement, civil court, that he could not get out of. We have known of this court date for 3 months. Lol, so he wants me to call his "friend" so maybe he can decide on representing me... Wait what? Courts in 2 days? Then after informing him of the fact I was at work, I said my fiance would call and talk with him. By the way, it was around 4-4:30 pm... His friends office closed at 5pm. Yeah, call this office...

Mr. Simmons is a great attorney but his secretary is horrible and led me to choose another attorney for my needs after hearing nothing for 2 months after repeated requests for updates. Don't expect much communication from this practice.
