I spent 10.5 months in jail for a crime I did not commit. Tiffany never spoke to me about my case and would not respond to my letters. She did not show up to my pretrial and treated me as if I was guilty right off the bat. I had all the proof that showed my innocence in my Discovery Package which I had to beg her for and recorded phone calls off the Rapides Parish DC1 phone system which had the alleged victim admitting that they lied and that I was innocent she never would bring into court. I had to write my own motions which I didn't even know what a motion was. Finally at my third pretrial she showed up and told me she could get me out that day if I plead guilty to a lesser charge. I did not want to but was under duress from being in jail like that for the first time. Now at 37 yrs old I have my first felony for a crime I did not commit. Tiffany is an evil person who does favors for the Assistant DA Numa Metoyer lll. She should lose her license to practice and realize the lives she is ruining.

If I could give a zero star rating I would she is just plan awful and just does not care. Please do research before your stuck with an awful no good knowledge lawyer like this one .

Tiffany is an effective, passionate, loyal attorney. She cleared me of ALL charges, and always showed compassion for me when I was totally distraught. She is so caring and loving, even called to check on me weeks later! Even her receptionist was caring and even told me she was praying for me and told me she was happy for me and my outcome

As a public defender, she will not meet her client before the first court appearance. Therefore, she walks into court with zero knowledege about the defendant's side of the story and is unable to prepare herself for his/her wishes. It would be strongly suggested to file a complaint with the Louisiana Bar Association if your case is improperly handled by Ms. Ratliff.

I hired Tiffany to handle my divorce. Our last hearing was July 27th 2017 and she has not returned my weekly phone calls or responded to my emails despite my divorce not being finalized (it is now October 19th). In addition there are errors in the written orders from the court that she stated she would get fixed which have not been. She has made multiple promises that she has not kept. Untrustworthy, deceitful, dishonest, do not hire even as a last resort. Zero stars!!!
