I don't know about the lawyer, but his secretary surly needs replacing. She will lie in a heartbeat. And don't understand that she is losing them clients...

I shouldn't even give Cary one star, he shouldn't get anything at all. Don't use him if you need someone or want someone willing to stand up for what's right. Horrible experience with this attorney. Out my hard earned money, all of it was a waste of time and money!
