If you are looking to get custody of your child back from cps, then don't expect to get any help because she works with cps. She is going to tell you that you don't have any rights and that you have to do what cps says no matter how unethical or illegal it is. Don't waste your time or your money.

HORRIBLE> Mother had not been supporting or with the children in over five years. Wanted in Harris county for a felony. Went to jail in the court and this attorney was so passive that the judge gave her the children and allowed her to move them over 900 miles away after she got released on bond. Heather is not an aggressive lawyer and her appearance in court was horrible. Also was given all the proof of the mother having a warrant then turned around and charged over five hundred dollars researching what was already given to her. Every phone call cost us over a hundred dollars and what started out as a 3500 dollar case ended up to be around 7000 and that is just because we gave up. It would be way more. Charged over 2800 for one day in court. DO NOT RECOMMEND HER!!
