DO NOT TRUST THIS LAW FIRM! My custody case was transferred from another county, and I needed to obtain an attorney in the new county. I had initially made a verbal agreement to use their services. I sent them a retainer for $2500. I never signed an agreement to retain Tyler Bryan as my attorney, and he wasn't the attorney on record with the court.
After a short time, I decided to not use their services. They wanted me to sign a document stating they had informed me that abstaining from counsel could have specific negative results. I signed it. I never asked them to do anything except stop being my attorney. They filed that document and then discussed with my previous attorney from the transferring county, so he could remove himself as counsel (as opposed to a previous need to transfer counsel). I could have just as easily contacted the attorney to tell him such.
All told, I was charged $1150 and never even signed an agreement. Anything Mr. Bryan filed or did was to protect himself. He should be responsible for that time. Mr. Bryan assured me in the initial meeting that they are very generous with how they charge. I found that to be a complete LIE. In fact, the opposite is true. THEY WILL CHARGE THE ABSOLUTE MAXIMUM THEY CAN. In fact I was charged $325 for our initial meeting. I was NEVER told I would be charged for the initial consultation. Mr. Bryan claims we met for 1.3 hours, and I even highly doubt that. At the rate of their charges you will likely be down thousands before anything of significance is done in your case.
After many communications and missed promises, I finally received a refund several months after releasing Mr. Bryan as my attorney.
I challenge Mr. Bryan to refute any of these claims. If there's a mistake on my part I will retract my review. If he can't refute them then he should refund my money.

I have a unique case and reached out to several other law firms. Attorney Tyler Bryan has been extremely helpful. I highly recommend!
Absolutely the best! Tyler Bryan took care of it all in a complex case! He explained things, kept open communication, and he got the job done! I wouldn’t have known where to begin much less how to get through the process of this case. He made sure it was done- and done right! Thank you Mr. Bryan
