If I could give less than 1 star I would. Do not use Tatum the second. I used him a few years ago paid him $500 so he could start the process of getting my record of differed adjudication expunged. Needless to say a good lawyer would know that this is not exspungable because it's not a conviction. Yet he gladly took my money anyways and put me through the process costing me more money just to find out he doesn't know how to be a lawyer. On top of this I had a job dependent on him talking to the fire chief to explain to him my legal situation of not having been convicted but only charged. Needless to say Ted Lovett never received this phone call and passed my name on the civil service exam! His words not mine. I went to his office to speak to him since he would not return my phone calls. I ran into his sister who is also a lawyer and she had the audacity to tell me that maybe I should not have got in trouble to begin with and this would not happen. My advice is to use anyone but the Tatums.

The Tatums are very good at what they do and they will fight for their clients.

John Henry Tatum Sr, quoted me a price when I first hired him. After making my payment over the phone...he NEVER returned a single call. Instead, I received a bill in the mail almost 2 months later for $1721. When I called to ask about the change in the price (1 month ago)...I'm still awaiting a call from him or someone from his office. He has been very unprofessional and completely misrepresented himself, and I am unable to pay him a visit at the office because I live in Ohio. I told him during our first conversation, that money was an issue for me. He quoted me a very reasonable price, and then once I paid that...he hiked the price up drastically. And still won't call me regarding the matter.
