my girl friend filed with them. was told would be final in 60 days. well we r on 4 months now.I do not understand why the attorney general's office can find him and this office can not get a simple divorce done.

Great experience

I reside in Dallas and Needed an attorney in the Livingston Texas area regarding a property owners association legal matter. Contacted this attorney via email. Received a reply to send him a copy of the document and a $200 retainer fee. Emailed the document and asked for directions on how to get him the retainer fee. Never heard back. Several days later I called his office. Secretary answered. Tried to speak with Mr Bush but she cut me off. Said to bring in $200 and make an appointment. Tried to explain that I live in Dallas. She could have cared less. Warning to anyone looking for a lawyer in the Livingston Texas area. Find someone else. If this is how he starts out with a new potential client you can only imagine the representation you would receive. Hope this helps someone else in the future.

My friend went to Seek representation. What she came out of his office , she was almost in tears. When I could get her to speak clearly . She told me about her experience of being belittledl made felt like she was stupid For being a housewife. Treated her like she was stupid, Laughed in her face For a paragraph she wrote on our own added to her answer for divorce . It was right down disrespectful and rude. And after having it phone conversation with Mr. Bush on his retainer because we still were maybe going to retain his services Because Divorce lawyer representation in polk county Scarce . I kind of brushed me off voice that he was not gonna be around much today because he was trying to hurry up out of the office and that if we want to come up with the retainer a be available to speak to us again on Tuesday more concerned about his retainer which of course is Important. But that doesn't give you the right to talk to somebody Like they're nothing but a Just another Retainer fee
