Judd Tucker was my divorce attorney for two years and if I could give him more than five stars I would. He represented me through a complex, high conflict divorce case and he has my highest recommendation. Judd Tucker is excellent and he is highly respected in the Montgomery County Family Court system. Through all the stages of my case I watched him brilliantly and loyally represent me with judges, mediators and opposing attorneys. I can’t imagine a more difficult time in one’s life than that of Divorce, asset distribution, and child custody/visitation arrangements. My heart goes out to anyone that has to walk this walk. Thankfully, I chose to have Judd Tucker represent me through my divorce process, and I will be eternally grateful for his guidance. Although my situation was sadly the unfavorable one in accordance to Texas law (read: stay at home mom), I can honestly say Judd saved me and my children from a potentially tragic outcome. Judd Tucker did not do his job when hired to be an amicus lawyer for my children. He was very unprofessional and did not do what he was hired to do. I strongly recommend you find anyone but Judd to represent you or your children. He was assigned to my kids by the courts and he only spoke to my kids 1 time in 6 months. Not to mention he NEVER even spoke to my son by himself 1 time!!! Not once! He only came to my house twice and the second time he came out, I thought for sure he would talk to the kids separately but NOPE he didn't speak to either one of them!!! This guy got paid to do nothing but show up in court. He didn't object to anything in court even when he knew it wasn't the truth!!! What a freaking JOKE this guy is. Not to mention very unprofessional and VERY LAZY! All people want is what's best for their kids and a fare chance and HE took that from me!!! I had my kids for 12 years and I own 4 child care centers and was on the school board and have coach in my community for over 25 years. My kids never made a grade below an A on a report card and Judd thinks it's better to have them go with their mom who has a DWI and her BF that has not 1 but 2 felonies on his record!!! Great Job Dudd!!! Stay away people this guy is a JOKE!!!

Results! I can not say enough of the performance of Attorney Judd Tucker. He kept my expectations realistic and delivered a favorable outcome. He always was professional and reassuring during the process. He was efficient, effective and well worth my money.
