Completely disappointed with the consultation

WORST customer service (LORENA). Receptionist sounded half asleep, very rude in responding, did not let me explain the situation- cut me off multiple time. I had to stand my ground in order to get her attention. when asked to speak to a supervisor, Lorena stated she is just a receptionist and does not have that information. said I should contact Texas Department of Criminal Institute, but had no number for them . what law firm hires unprofessional people to be the face of the firm?

Horrible experience. I needed to hire an attorney to handle some simple filings for me in Ft Stockton TX since I live in Oklahoma yet I couldn't even get through the receptionist telling me if I don't come in in person for a consultation they wouldn't do business with me. So let me get this straight. I need to drive 12 hours down there for a consultation when I know exactly what I need done. WOW What professionalism!
