How can a lawyer tell you what his going to do for you with out looking at the evidence first. Well i just finish probation for a dwi case. He offered me two options i went with the 15 mths probation and repeat offenders class so i could keep my dl. Well gues what mine limcese got suspended no matter what cause its not up to them. Thru out the case n up till now he wouldn't return my calls. Not worth wasting your money now im gettimg ready to go the state attorney in regards to this and getting my money back.

He is a corrupt attorney. He will have one sided conversations with the opposing party to negotiate a settlement, which will be his payment up front and you drop your case. He will claim to have filed responses during the case, but refuses to give you copies of the so called response. The opposing party will even threaten to call him on the stand to testify against you, and he simply sits in a corner shivering and never objects.
