Robert frickin Nevar. This dude is a legend. I have had, along with my wife, serval tickets in the last two years. ALL of them have been resolved in my favor. Yes sometimes the options in my favor were tough but he and his team made it possible. I always get my questions answered when I call. I never get a robot and best of all are his PRICES. Mr. Navar has a powerhouse set up and it doesn't seem to be slowing down. I know I sure am not!!! Haha.

Represented me for a speeding ticket as promised. Ended up with Defensive Driving. A person from the office called to make sure I got the email about the court results. I informed them yes and asked them if the defensive driving course could be any course Tx DOT/DMV approved course. They told me to refer to the courses recommended in the email. I told them I saw them but asked again can it be ANY Texas Department of Motor Vehicle approved course. They could not answer this simple question. The court must have some sort of criteria for this so it would have been nice for the lawyer I hired to inform me of this information rather than waste time figuring it out on my own.
I also am responsible for paying the court costs and turning in the paperwork on my own. I may as well have saved the $40 the lawyer cost me and went to court and made these arrangements myself.
I was also NOT informed that I must have a DPS report along with fine payment and Defensive driving in the email from the lawyer.

These fine people got both my tickets dismissed! Great job! Thank you!

Got into an accident in my corolla down Montwood and hit a traffic/light pole back in September. Car was totaled, all airbags went off but I was safe. Almost immediately police and fire trucks came to the scene. I got dismissed and ubered to my friends house.

Later I look at the ticket and they wanted to charge me with: “failure to control speed, and failure to display lisence. This was on the weekend so I google attorneys and this place was the only on that was open. Thank goodness.
