Terrible service, I regret hiring these people. There very incompetent. At first, they act as they care about you but all they care about is your money. Once you pay them in full, they never return phone calls especially Mark Rosales who never gives his email or number away to his clients. His paralegal Sarah Salinas is a very unprofessional person who does not follow up with you and lies to you about what she is doing. The front desk people are even worse. These people never updated me regarding my case, and they kept postponing my case without telling me. To cut this short, I had an ugly experience with them that cause me to lose custody of my daughter when I had an opportunity to win custody. Do not waste you’re time or money with these people.

Worst experience with a lawyer ever in my life. This man couldn’t even give me a specific yes or no for how he was going to help me. A bunch of ifs and ands. He continued to tell me to pay, pay, pay and wouldn’t get started on anything to help me. Then when it came down to the actual case he told me he will ‘try’ to help me. Got very uncertain. I couldn’t call him whenever I needed explanations either, he would make me have to schedule a meeting to talk to him, but the initial conversation was all I ever heard from him he’d make me talk to his assistant. He also made me pay in full ($1200) did nothing and gave me none of my money back. I’d never recommend this lawyer to anyone he’s the worst person I’ve ever met. He stole my money and played with my time. Now I’m going to another lawyer, I’m paying $1500. That’s a total of $2700. Never go to the scam artist.

I was looking for help with a divorce about 2 years ago. I got divorce a week ago.
Not knowing anything about contested/uncontested, child support, possession, standard, extended standard etc. I was hoping to be helped, but Robert Aguinaga did the completed opposite.
He only brained-washed me so that I would hire him; after that, they only did 4 (copy-paste) pages of counter-petition and they charged me $2000 for that.
The WORST is that somebody called me from his office to let me know about a hearing for temporary orders HOURS BEFORE the hearing. Showed up empty-handed not knowing what was happening and ended up losing $1700 a month of spousal and child support. (60% of my net salary) even though my ex works and was making more money than me. And Robert said "It is not that bad". A year and a half later they are still charging that from my check. I tried asking for an appeal but of course it was too late. They didn't even tell me about the results of the hearing, my ex did the next day. Robert told me that someone must've made a mistake in his office because they didn't tell me about the hearing before. Mistakes they didn't care, of course cause it wasn't their money.

I changed lawyer and they didn't have the integrity, honesty, or professionalism to offer me a refund or even part of it cause of their mistakes. A year and a half after, now I'm seriously thinking about filing for bankruptcy because of their mistakes.

As I said, lack of professionalism, honesty integrity, zero empathy, liars. I was robbed.

First time and not knowing much really, went for an uncontested divorce. The process was fast, they explained everything I needed to hear and answered my questuons. Yet twice I have been let down by this firm. They argued with me about my payment plan and failed to process payments on the correct dates. Second they failed to notify me about my own court date. Where now I have to wait about another week.

Staff is very friendly and they are extremely helpful

Took me long enough to make this hard decision for a receptionist to promise a call back to make an appointment. "Twenty minutes" she said. It's going on a week now. Our personal issues were turned into an industry already, don't make it a joke. This s**t is hard as hell. You promising a f***ing call back after hearing personal situations is a slap across the face. I was willing to pay WHATEVER because I heard you were "good"... this is a mega bad sign. No thanks I'll spare my thousands.

Paralegal is so rude

With the Rosales Law Firm I felt protected more importantly I was. Mr Joe Rosales and his brother Marc were with me every step of they way!

The end state however achieved was an absolutely painful process. The attorney himself did live up to his end of the bargain and adhere closely to the timeline on which we discussed. His paralegal however, displayed what was probably the worst customer service I've ever seen in a sensitive matter. The standard decree I was given for a uncontested divorce was poorly written, ambiguous and when questioned it was glazed over. I called and left several voicemails requesting clarification on the decree and was never called back. Out of the retainer I paid to include service cost for the uncontested divorce I never received and itemized bill. Although I understand the are no refunds and the entire retainer is to be kept by the firm, I feel I was still owed the service of a detailed explanation of the decree rather than simply ignoring my calls and refusing to return them. Very unprofessional paralegal and staff, garbage. I highly recommend you go to any other attorney before wasting your time, money, and elevating your stress dealing with these people. Mr. Rosales, is a good attorney and I do have some degree of faith in him, but his staff is an absolute unprofessional disappointment.

0 stars...no customer service...had an appointment and waited and waited with no update while in the office. No apologies given...excuses were they were busy. Don't setup appointments if you can't keep them.
