Probably the worst title company I have worked with my entire life. They have poor communication. As a buyers agent, every time I needed them to call the lender, they would make me call the lender and I would have to tell the lender to call them. They also wanted me to set up the courtesy remote closing. I had to purchase the home warranty for them and send them the invoice. Basically if you would like to use them for anything, they will make you do most of the work.

The icing on the cake, they asked me to schedule the survey for the property. Long story short, the bank also hired a survey team and there was two separate bills at closing. Title company would not pay for any of it, so I went ahead and took it out of my commission.

Could have just been a bad experience, but they left a foul taste in my mouth and I just cant imagine it going away anytime soon when there are so many other title companies that go above and beyond for your business.
