This so called "Lawyer" is a joke, she will tell you, you have a case and she'll take your case on. But after that day she won't contact you and her staff will B.S. you. Find a real lawyer that will actual fight for your case.

I got denied almost 2 weeks ago and she hasn’t even noticed yet. She told me I had an 85% chance without a hearing. Pick someone who wins cases, will talk to you more than once, and who follows up on their clients.

I agree with Jennifer. No stars is what she deserves. I have a physical and mental disability do to a stroke I had. She told me to go to the doctor wich i did. Her staff aperantly was not able to get records from my doctor. Amenda said I had to get the records my self, because she was not having any luck. Amenda has her baby at the office all the time "maybe why she cant answer the phone, get doctors records or do her job" very improfessional. so i did. I gave Marry Ellen letters and all the paper work, some how she said that i didnt have enough proof that i had a disability she was so rude to me on the day of court she yelled at me and told me to leave or to go up but i was going to loose . She said i was cocky and arrogant and that the judge was not going to like me or give me any benefits. I told her that was unethical, because i clearly have a physical disability she said she was done talking with me. She was going to ask for an extension. I didnt hear from her then i get a letter from disability saying that I chose to withdraw my case. When i called her office Amenda said Phellps did not want to represent me and that i would have to start all over again. I cant belive her. I really have a disabilty and 4 kids have not been able to work and she just dropped me because she didnt like me. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH HER AND HER RUDE STAFF.

If I could give no stars I would. She agreed to take on my daughter's case. We followed the steps as directed. 99% of the time I would call the office I would get VOICE MAIL. Even though she had 2 Paralegals working there. I would leave a message with NO RETURN CALLS, I would call various times of the day, and no one every picked up the phone. The attorney doesn't believe in E-mail so you can't email anyone to get a response. Unprofessional in every aspect. I would not waste your time. Find an attorney that cares about you and your case, not just dollar signs.

This woman is as ridiculous and unprofessional as a lawyer could ever be . She ridiculed a documented mentally ill and physically disabled person when her and her staff were unable to properly find and file and keep up the medical records and evidence needed for the court hearing after lunch over a year of surgeries and 5 years of mental health treatment and documentation that was neatly gathered and handed to her for her to use as requested by her staff and herself . She would yell and tell me to go to work like the rest of the world when she fell on her face basically un prepared at the hearing when my family had everything that was requested by themail judge in a folder sitting just outside the hearing room but told me I didn't need it and to not go out an get it basically saying to me you want to leave now while we are in court . When all I was doing was as she said to get up and walk around when your legs cramp as they do and to go grab the document the judge was wanting for proof that she forgot or lost or god knows what proably tossed it in the trash as she would do with my records I would bring to her office to update my file with as she requested me to periodically to keep it up to date as recent to show length and continued issues an medical attention. Then as she would frequently when we woulf meet at her office that is so disorganized and sloppy with papers everywhere and curtians dividing rooms instead of walls or cubicles she would talk down to me ridicule and become abuse even in her word choices and demeanor towards a stressed broke and deeply depressed and financially drowning mental patient that trusted her woth his very needing financial and health care needs she laughed and would shoo. Me out of her office stating I told her I moved a small table in my house and it cause my injuries to worse and she said i could work if I could move tables then the final thing was i received a letter from the social security office stating we had been given 25 days to send in the last and further final documents an evidence for proving why the judge didn't have enough to truly rule the case and it showed she received the same letter by email and paper she agreed to have a meeting 2 days later I get a letter from her stating we exhausted all options and they denied my case and she was gonna start and refile a new case stating she was positive she could win easily with the evidence we now gather up and worked to build his newife case I go to to meet and ask for the letter of denial she starts flabbergasted around and states I don't have one i never said that but I had her letter and then she says well you moved a table you can work an you must have called and got more time and they never sent me a letter excuses excuses and then yelled at me told me to leave her office and went an hide behind a certian and told her man Terry secretary boy to escort me out and told me to not ever come back but she wouldn't release me incase my case does win with the 7 iniches of proof of medical history that is now being used to show what she didn't in the whole 4 years we had her as my attorney do NOT I SAY DO NOT USE THIS LADY SHE IS RUDE MEAN ABUSIVE DISRESPECTFUL AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AT EVERY LEVEL. USE EXTREME CAUTION IF YOU HAVE HER ALREADY AN I SUGGEST YOU GO ELSEWHERE FAST OR SHE WILL RUIN YOUR AS SHE CAUSED MY CASE TO ALMOST BE DENIED AND MADE ME HAVE ENOURMUS ANXIETY ATTACKS SO BAD I WAS HOSPITALIZED AGAIN DUE TO HER ABUSE AND NEGLECT OF MY LIFE AN CASE I AM IN THE MIDDLE OF SUIT AND HAVING HER LISCENSE REMOVED SENATOR JOHN COUSINS INVOLVED AND SHE IS NOT GOING TO DO THIS EVER AGAIN TO SOMEONE IN NEED AND WITH DISABILITIES TO BE TREATED THIS WAY WAS THE MOST HORRIBLE TIME OF MY LIFE IN THE LAST 6 YEARS I NOW HAVE FURTHER MENTAL ISSUES DUE TO HER SERIOUS LACK OF CARE AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES. DO NOT HIRE OR TRUST THIS HACK OF A LAWYER SHE PLAYS A NUMBERS GAME AND ONLY WORKS ON THE VERY FEW THAT EVEN A DEF BLIND MAN COULD GET THE REST SHE WILL NOT HELP. AND CAUSE YOU TO HAVE SO MUCH PAINS AND AGONY
