Just like the commercial states "If you want the job done, call Funk and Associates." Mr. Funk and his staff Attonery Stapp were some of the most professional, caring, and attentive people! They not only got the job done, but allowed my child to fell valuable with the frequent calls to check on him and his well-being after his accident. I would recommend Funk on any given day! Funk and Associates, you guys ROCK!

After reading all the "great" reviews I thought I was going to be satisfied myself. Boy was I wrong! I would NOT recommend Funk and Associates. When I first call to explain my case, Funk said they would get it, but Staff took over. Yes he called right after, but after that, I was the one calling him. Yes he would be quick to call back, and answer emails back, but I had to call him. I was continued to feel stress, still after hiring their services. My daughter and I were hit by a raged driver. She got cited so it was clearly her fault. My daughter's neck was cut/scared due to the seat belt, and we were both traumatized and clearly unstable due to our injuries. To be honest the insurance offered me more than what i received with Funk, and guess what.... We are still stuck with bills! Something they were supposed to take care of! I decided to agree to was settled with the insurance, which Staff never updated me! He said that if I proceeded to the the next step and take them to court, after all the fees for the process, we would most likely just receive 400.00. If you ask me, WHAT A JOKE!

I was very pleased with how Attorney Mason handled my case. I was in an accident in Feb 2018 and I had never been rear ended or had to experience the claim process. If I had any questions, Attorney Mason was always available to help. When he wasn't available, he always got back to me promptly. When the accident happened, I called 911 for police assistance but since both cars were drivable, there were no "serious injuries," and we weren't impeding traffic, dispatch refused to send someone out. An investigation had to take place because the driver (who worked for Spectrum) lied about what happen. I was so happy to have 1. a witness, and 2. Attorney Mason. I was so disheartened and honestly, defeated with the process. And my medical bills would have cost me a pretty penny without the settlement.
