When I was getting a divorce, I could not have asked for a better representative and counsel. Jay listened to my concerns, questions, and desired path forward and he HEARD me and never faltered from that path. He always had my best interests in mind, informing me of what would be my best way forward in the matter, but always sticking to what I wanted if it differed from that. Where to start? Jay and I have been “roughing the seas” for two years with a difficult divorce. My experience with Jay has been nothing but great. The man knows the law and leaves nothing to chance. Jay has a firm grasp on family law. He is efficient, fair, and effective. Divorce is not easy, but Jay did a great job making it as smooth as possible. My case was settled in mediation without the need for a trial.

Jay made an extremely stressful situation as easy as possible. He armed me with the knowledge I needed and always answered my questions thoroughly and honestly. His billing was more than fair. He stayed on top of the case, and I never had to ask him for the status of my case. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I've been divorced for 6 years, and I still keep in contact with Jay and Carol- they care. Divorce is not fun. I'd say it was the most stressful experience of my life, but I can honestly say that I had the best attorney to help me reach my goals. Jay wasn't only effective in achieving almost all of the goals that we set up, he was also very effective in managing my emotions and my expectations- he kept me on track even when emotions got high. Smart, articulate, fantastic sense of humor- you need a good sense of humor in this situation, I think. Bottom line- I recommend Jay every opportunity that I get. The rates are reasonable and accurate (there was no "padding" of the bill which I have experienced with other attorneys).
