I am very disappointed in the way my last three deliveries arrived. I called yesterday to let UPS know that the driver is NOT leaving my packages at my front door, as is customary (and also indicated in my preferences). Instead the packages have been left by a gate post, over 30 feet from my door, which leaves them open to the elements. It's almost as if the driver is too lazy to carry the packages to my door. I called again today and got the same run-around. WHEN will the driver deliver my packages as instructed.

The drivers are rude!! Had a delivery at my home last night at 937pm The driver informed me that is the way they do it in Casa Grande and I should get use to it. I have lived here for quite awhile Maybe if they did not have to deliver so late they would be nicer. End of day should be no later than 7pm to someones home. Driver left a package on the truck and came back and threw it at the door did not even ring the bell. This is why I have video camera. Hopefully someone from UPS will return y call, before I send it to the NEWS!! This is how you want your Packages delivered!! Customer service goes a long way and I hate to say this but not allot here in this town.

The most amazing staff. Went above and beyond. Special thank you to Sophia and Garrett for exceptional Customer Service. Very Helpful and friendly despite the UPS automated info line. Thank you a million times over.

I think these guys are overloaded. I blame USPS for unlimited money that grows on trees while they run bankrupt. UPS cannot do that. Casa grande will sometimes skip you if they cannot get to you on a next day air or second day. They should at least call. But it is very hard to compete against USPS so I also understand how hard it must be for them.

Worst Service ever need new supervisor or staff.

The service is good but they really let the property get messy. They need a landscaper.
