I had a terrible experience with this law firm. I hired them to represent me for a speeding ticket in the past. Every time I received a court notice, I called, and they said you don't need to call every time you receive a notice. However, all of a sudden I received a warrant of arrest in the mail without receiving any correspondence from the law firm. When I came in, they said I needed to have a receipt to prove that I was their client, which they should’ve had on file already. Second, apparently I missed a show cause hearing which I was initially told I didn't have to go to because I had the lawyer. Overall, very disappointed with the poor service. The ticket went to my record and I had to pay for the full amount. They did remove the warrant for me, but whoever is supposed to be sending letters to the client regarding cases does not do their job.

This is a horrible Law firm they send you a letter by mail that is not certified mail to confirm u receivied the letter stating you need to provide more paperwork. They did not even send me an email or had the courtesy to call me about my status. They didn't ask how I got the citation all they said is we will contact you. If you still decide to go here I hope you have better luck cause still a big gamble.

I will NEVER deal with this attorney again. The staff like talking over you and it took me forever to be able to get someone on the phone. They can't even set up a voicemail. I couldn't even get a ticket dismissed. Instead the attorney got me defensive driving since July and I just found out about it today. No one at his office bothered to call or send me a letter to let me know. They claim they did but I said I would go pick up a copy but oddly don't keep record of it. I will be filing a complaint with the Texas Board of Attorneys

Don't waste your money on this attorney, he will rip you off. I ask the office if I can speak to the attorney and they said no. The people in the office are rude, they don't speak English, and they hang up on you. Very rude people, bad service, and its not worth it. You'll end up paying more than what you paid for this lawyer, he is garbage.

Did not meet john Sanchez till the actual day of my court date and he showed up late - after numerous calls to his office were ignored so I can sit down with him and discuss my situation and my case we walked into the court hearing blind which ended up coming back to haunt me at the end - if he would of just sat down with me one time before my court date I could of gave him a background of my situation and now my ex has my son in another state and I went to his office to see what we could do about her taking my son and after numerous calls we're ignored and finally he met with me and of course he wanted more money for something that he could of been avoided in the first place if he simply would have met with me before my court date and just asked me a few questions - I would not spend another dollar on this man , very unprofessional - my case was not important to him but it was extremely important to me and now I don't have my son - my advice look for another attorney

Excellent....he got the ticket taken care off like promised and even sent me letter what occurred for my records. What more can you ask for, he's the real deal!! Wished I had known sooner in the past but I do know now. I do recommend him and no I did NOT get paid to post this, I did it on my own. I'm happy to not worry about it and saved me about $200 in court cost and penalty fees. Trust me it always better and cheapier to get a good lawyer then to try to fight on your own which is too hard to win. Thank you guys! :)*

DO NOT RISK IT. The staff is incredibly unprofessional and I ended up worse-off by entrusting my speeding ticket to him. My case was completely neglected and whenever I'd try to make an appointment to see the actual attorney (because no one could tell me the status of my case), he was mysteriously out of town. The staff themselves have no idea what they are doing and would pass me off to one another, put me on hold and hang up on me, or say they would have to call me back and NEVER do so. After finally threatening to send a letter to the State Board they assured me my case would be settled by the end of the week. When I followed up, the staff told me that employee wasn't there anymore and he had not done anything with my case.
It was just a complete mess and I ended up paying for it.
