I have no relationship with anyone in this company, besides that I had 2 previous cases (2014 & 2016), for which I was very happy with the results as well as the prices!
Today, 13 Mar 2019, just called to see if we can do business again for another case, and was put on hold. The front desk lady will check if they could do anything, since they are loaded with other cases.
In mean time I was going to ask for their suggestion to contact another attorney, in case they cannot accept my case. For that I searched other attorneys in El Paso TX as well, and got the list in Google.
In meantime I am consulting with Megan, and was put on hold again, so she can get the information she needed....
I just want to say that I cannot understand why would people jut give a company a 1 star, if for example there was a misunderstanding, the front desk was busy loaded with paperwork, or just helping a client in their office. What if the front desk person is just a mean person, waiting to be fired, and just tries to do harm to the company? Why can't you just be fair, use your brain, and analyze the situation to see if they really deserve 1 or 2 stars? This applies to any company, be it legal, apartments for rent, real estate agents, or whatever.
Again, I have nothing with the company and do not care if they cease working tomorrow, I just hope they do not, because they help people and from my experience with them, they are experts in the field!
Anyways, I am happy that they decided to accept my case, and just reminding you again that I am a returning customer with two previous cases that ended the way I wanted.

Personalmente hice la tramitación y aplicacion de visas para 20 personas en dos dias, a todos ellos se las otorgaron con esto quiero decir que sé del procedimiento y no es nada complicado, sin embargo considere que un abogado tendría mayor seriedad y responsabilidad con el proceso. Desafortunadamente hemos confiado en la persona equivocada. He perdido ofertas de trabajo por que me han hecho perder el tiempo con su mediocridad. Not a reliable or trustworthy attorney. Have had difficult time with contacting office to speak to someone directly, always told someone will call you back and never do. You have to keep trying to get someone to call you back. We have worked with 4 different paralegals since March, 2017 in which that of course is never communicated to you until you finally get someone to speak and they just briefly mention their no longer there. Makes you wonder how long your file has been sitting on someones desk that is no longer there. I truly believe this is one of the reasons why we are still waiting for a result from our case.
