I've dealt with this firm several times over the last several years and every time I received excellent service. Their professionalism was overshadowed by the compassion and hard work by the attorneys and staff. Attorney Bonnie Rhoden spend quite a bit of time explaining both the law and the process related to my case. I felt informed and as time when on I realized the other side had not received any similar information. I would not go anywhere else.

She represented myself about three years ago with family court issues and while being not only friendly but aggressive, I was able to receive equal time-sharing of my daughter. This firm offers just about any legal service needed. There are quite a few attorneys and great staff is always available. I've used this firm for family issues (timesharing) and especially for estate planning. Bonnie did my planning documents and has helped me even further by advising me how to protect funds during my lifetime. I brought my divorce case to Ken Rhoden after it had gone 19 months, with tens of thousands spent on legal fees and no end in sight. This case was not resolving itself; it demanded an active strategy to force it to a conclusion with each party receiving their fair share by law. Ken accomplished this in five months. Friends told me hiring him was the best decision I made in the case, and I wholeheartedly agree.

Enforcement of the property settlement portion of the MSA was a big concern, nearing retirement. After reading the firm’s online article, “Enforcement of a Marital Settlement Agreement,” I called to ask for the best attorney they had in this area, and Ken was on the line within minutes. I set up a consultation for the next day and put down a retainer that same day. As it turns out, he wrote the article.

Ken worked hard on my case from start to finish. He was proactive and devised a strategy to get control and move it along despite the opposition. Ken is a skillful negotiator. He planned a strategy with my forensic accountant and they negotiated a fair settlement for me. To this day I don’t know how it was possible, but during negotiations he didn’t give an inch more ground than he had planned to. My FA commented more than once that he was really great to work with.

Ken seemed to relish preparing for court, and I was impressed with his energetic and creative use of case law. If my case had gone to court, it appeared he would be well prepared and very much in his element.
