After using two other attorneys my husband looked for a competant attorney to fight his ex wife who kept suing my husband for unfounded lawsuits over and over.
Mr Rhoden was the worst. He sided with the opposing attorney half way through the battle. We almost reported him to the Barr Association for misconduct. Once we got away from him he apologized for his behavior. Go to any other attorney. I certainly can not recommend Mr Rhoden. Our experience was back in 2004. Perhaps he has become a better attorney by now but I would still stay away. There are other excellent attorneys in Brevard County.

Ken handled our affairs with professionalism, promptness, and compassion. He treated us with respect and we have an amicable and enforceable agreement that allows appropriate interaction between family members. We have not gone to court since the divorce was final.
