Day of trial ; Mano shows up over 1 hour late looking like he had been up all night. The Judge lectured him for 20 min. First words to me are " have your girlfriend get me 1 large black coffees, or I won't make it through the day ". Representation was ridiculous. At times Didn't even a make sense. Actually caught the cop lying , and glossed right over it. Later the Judge himself said " wasn't aggressively pursued. Mano insisted over and over I not take the stand. I finally agreed. Consequently the jury began deliberating at 5:15 p.m. on a holiday weekend. Of course they came back 20 min. Later with a guilty verdict...big surprise. A standard D.U.I. case. Truthfully ; I Had 2 measured drinks over a 3 hour period ( comedy show) . Walked the line perfect. This is barr-none the worst representation I ever seen, herd of or seen on T.V.. This case was a while ago. And it was so bad that I'm still disgusted with this " professional " , that I'm writing the first post in my life !!!
