This place is the best. Very kind and professional. Thr attorney's are great.

The attorney I acquired through Legal Aid was very astute, and presented professional services for my needs. When they went beyond what I expected, however, he dropped me and even though at this point he could have received compensation, has yet to contact me.

Very friendly and nice staff

I drove a friend in need of services. They seem very busy and understaffed most likely under funded since it is basically free legal help for people in need.

Useless they hardly help with anything, was going through a foreclosure no fault of mine, was the bank Chase fault. They made me an appointment, when I came in the lawyer was not there. Had to make another appointment, then they screwed up again, then the lawyer calls me and says they no longer have funding for foreclosures.
Took me months to fight the bank myself and Finally the bank fixed their own errors that almost put us into foreclosure.

The receptionist was very kind. The first legal rep that I was assigned to seemed like she just started practicing and lacked confidence in her answers to my questions. But it was accurate information. The second legal rep seemed like he was retired. His was the total opposite from the first. He was arrogant in answering my questions and some of the information/advice was inaccurate.

Sad that this valuable resource is poorly operated. They kept changing my appointment time. Once I I was rhere , they realized they had skipped 2 people who had been waiting over 2 hours. They had no regard that I was losing valuable pay from my job and told me to wait 2 more hours or come back in 2 months.

Very helpful staff and always returned calls. And get what you need done or ask for.

My first impression left me in tears but a few years later stepping back in I can't express how greatful I am for the compassion I received. They're unable to represent me but they helped to advise me :)
The only downside is that they don't take open cases so make sure if you may qualify that you contact them first before opening or responding to any court matters.

They were very courteous and knowledgeable. They were also extremely interested and available to help.

They would not help a young woman with two children needing help with divorce from a horriable man

They helped me so much with helping me to fill out papers and getting the correct papers needed for court even after I left I got home and got an email from them he was thinking about what we talked about in his office and found out more information. They go above and beyond. Thank you very much Legal Aid (John Daly) and if he didn't know he went and asked instead of giving false information.

The staff was helpful and very nice. I received great legal advice.

I haven't had my appointment yet, but just talking over the phone they were so calm and polite. Explaining things to me in a way I could understand.

I have been trying to get an appt for several days. They do not answer the phone or return messages. How do you even make an appt?

Are tax dollars being used for this because I want mine back. Ridiculous to even have this if no one can obtain an appt.

They don't help you with your problems at all

The staff was awesome. Without the people at legal aid I would have been completely lost.

Rudest secretary ever! She wouldn't even schedule me an appointment with a lawyer, try giving horrible advice and shoed me away. Kept saying I needed to call to schedule an appointment even though I'm standing right in front of her trying to schedule one.Super disappointed and applauded! This office should be disgraced with themselves!
