I truly believe God governs my every step, hence calling Farah &Farah. I considered myself to be blessed, in they way, that I had never had to deal with anything like a car accident. Well now I have dealt with one and I still consider myself blessed and all because of my legal team at Farah&Farah. The day I called them I was in desperate pain and in need of specific medical care for my injuries(ER had done all they could). I really thought there was no end to this. I said all this to the first person I talked to when I called and very shortly after I was on the phone with someone to schedule the appointment I was desperate for. In June 2017 I was in a auto accident where another driver ran a stop sign. This was the just the beginning of what has been one of the toughest times in my adult life. After spending the next couple months in and out of hospitals - dealing with Doctors, specialists and PT learning to walk again the bills started rolling in. Not to mention, from the accident onward I couldn’t work any longer. I was increasingly frustrated because my insurance company was not talking to me and in addition not paying any of the claims being submitted. The person who caused the accident had insurance and they were claiming we were somehow at fault. Things were not going well and I didn’t know where to turn.

A friend of mine recommended I call Farah & Farah. I had absolutely no experience in this type of stuff so I took their advice and called the number I got online. This was hands down the best decision I made during this whole process. Kristine Anderson the case manager from the local office called me back and was very caring and understanding. She assured me the insurance company would be responding to me very quickly after she called them and things would begin looking up. She was absolutely right. I guess they know her and know she doesn’t play around. I received a call from my insurance company that afternoon assuring me they would be taking care of me in short order. While that wasn’t exactly the truth, Ms Anderson kept her promise and never let up on them.

The Attorney’s legal assistant is Whitney Dyess and I can not say enough great things about her. She is nice, polite, understanding, and extremely organized. There were many time I called her on a bad day and she calmed me down and I felt better after the call. She is great to deal with.

I saved the attorney I had for last. Charles Bowen is a cool dude. He is a young, hungry and smart attorney. He knows the tips along with the in’s and out’s of this process. When he and Kristine started working with the insurance companies they started paying claims, also the hospitals and health care providers started reducing their ridiculously large medical bills.

Mr Bowen is as someone explained him - good people- as are Whitney and Kristine.

All in all- I hope to never need an attorney again, but if I do I will be calling Charles Bowen’s team at the Gainesville Farah & Farah office. They helped make a bad situation better.

Neal, Kendra and Christina are the BEST!! I do have to say the entire staff and attorneys are very compassionate and understanding. They make sure you are very informed every step. They make dealing with all the complications and time consuming aspects of a claim seamless and handle every part for you. I would not go anywhere else if I needed help again

The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is the fact the attorney now assigned to my case that started back in 2017 has gotten more done for me than any of the 4 or 5 attorneys that were previously assigned to my case. I had one tell me the most that it would get settled for was $5500 yet, the new attorney got the max. I feel my case fell thru the cracks & did not get the attention it deserved. Due to it taking so long to settle, the medical expenses piled up & the attorney fees took all but a little under $4000. The final straw for me now was that I was promised my final check of almost $600 only to be told an error was made & now they could only give around $370 to me unless I gave them more time so they can try to speak with one of the doctors office to see if they’d be willing to waive their fees. This case took about 3yrs to settle & still isn’t fully done. My bills racked up & now Im not getting a decent amount out of the $25000 back in my pocket because of all the bills that did pile up & the $8400 in attorney fees being paid. Too many issues, too many mistakes, not enough ownership....those commercials are false advertising when they talk about how they care & they’ll help in your time of need. This whole case was never handled properly & Im tired of being forgiving & understanding in this matter. I sent a very long email to my current attorney asking to speak to someone above her & Im at the point of filing a BBB complaint. So come tomorrow depending on the outcome, that might be exactly what happens!

Farah and Farah made me wait a year before telling me that they couldn't handle my case and that I needed to get a different lawyer. They made countless excuses, constantly procrastinated, and ignored me. I was not even able to speak with one of the Farah brothers to let them know what was going on. I am reporting the lawyer to the Florida Bar Association and I have plans on suing for malpractice. Don't let their commercials fool you. They really DON'T care about you.

I have a textbook, cherry pie, case that I regrettably took up with M&M immediately after, when someone else I know had already dialed and had ringing before I even saw a Dr in the ER! Now I’m stuck and I wish I wasn’t, and they even stuck me with an attorney in a city hours and hours away. Farah is right nearby, and at least I could have met someone face to face. My lawyer has BS’d the entire time, I haven’t even talked to him and talked to the paralegal once or twice in the beginning. Had I been in a clear state of mind, I would have known better, considering some of the things I’ve learned about them and how they work.
