They lie again. John Morgan has ran an ad saying they have all perfect 5 star ratings. People are NOT stupid. They can see for themselves that they do NOT have all perfect 5 star ratings. This should be a sign NOT to trust them.

I have several disabilities one of which is I have difficulty speaking. I was told I needed to go to their Orlando office to communicate with an attorney for consultation. This is a hardship for me and they didn't care. I"ll find someone else who does care. For The People my - - - - -

They may be good lawyers but do not call them for help with disability. They turned my son in law away and he went with a different lawyer that helped him get his disability. They also turned a friend away who has all the documents proving she's disabled she went with a different lawyer and they are helping her. Not good lawyers for disablity.

Not for the people, only want the gravy jobs like ambulance chasers... Had a clear case of assault on video, numerous witnesses and police report. Gave a polite blowoff in their book after waiting three weeks for a response while a could have been moving forward. I did hear they where very good but then when reading the cases, they are the gravy jobs where no work is required.. I am a straight forward fact based person and do not like being put off...

I contacted Morgan & Morgan after an auto accident (someone hit my car while I was driving it). The entire team was great. They answered my questions both face-to-face and by email (quickly) and I understood the procedure from start to finish. They also told me it could take months and it did. They gave me the choice to file a lawsuit or just take what the other insurance company offered. When I told them what I wanted they went ahead. We accomplished what we started out to do and I would use Morgan & Morgan again if I needed legal representation. They are very professional, responsive, and patient. I hoped for the best and that's what I got!

I would NEVER use Morgan & Morgan again.. my injury involved a surgery.. and attorney wasn’t even smart enough to add my out of pocket expenses... just went by Ins Payments, nothing for lifelong problem and got peanuts for settlement when I was told estimate would be 6 figures... STAY AWAY find a little ma & pa attorney who actually spends time on your case... then to top it off they nickel and dime you to death.. every piece of paper, every phone call... not 25 cents sneaks by... Everyone has been very nice and informative.

Called them up after I was rear ended in Atlanta. After several months my paralegal I was dealing with quit on them and nobody for several weeks told me about it. After me sending important documents to her and. It getting a response I finally received a call from another paralegal. She happened to tell me that she was the new contact. I asked why nobody had contacted me about this. She did not answer. I had a court date scheduled and a few days before they called me and had to reschedule. The day I was suppose to be in court both my son and myself came down with the flu. It was obviously not good. I received a call from paralegal asking where I was and explained to her what was going on. Needless to say due to my communication my attorney dropped my case and said good luck we cannot do business with you. I will definitely NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

No personal experience - Just a comment on their ad. When you sue and collect from the insurance companies it will raise insurance rates for all of us.

They are very helpful

Not a good place for finding a lawyer. They were extremely unhelpful and I felt like I was being rushed.

They didn’t handle things the way I would’ve though. I ended up firing them and going with a different form and they still haven’t sent me written proof that I chose to end my path with them. However they made it real quick to go to everyone saying I fired them which is fine. The whole time I had them terrible communication. Spoke to the lawyer once then I get annoyed with his assistant say I’m done and I get a call from him asking if there’s anything he can do. They gotta work on the way they’re seen then maybe I’ll consider working with them again in the future.
