Worst experience of my life ... These people are as unprofessional as they come ... The people that answer the phones do not have a clue whats going on or how to help anyone who calls ... If you want to talk to someone who knows anything about your case you have to set up a appointment for 1 to 2 weeks out then no one calls you anyways ... They one my SSDI case. I collected all my medical records and sent them quarterly. I was shocked I got a different attorney at my hearing who I didn’t even know. It was sprung on me the day of my hearing . Last but least we had an agreement payment of $6000.00 for their services. I retained Coye Law Firm for the purpose of my workman's comp case and met with their lawyer who took my case. After seeing no progressse and not hearing from the lawyer I called and wrote letters with no response from The Firm ,only to finally find that the lawyer assigned had left the firm. Another lawyer was assigned a Daniel Smith, after meeting with this lawyer and speaking with him on the phone it seemed I was getting the run-around and nothing was getting done . I fired the firm from my case. After getting on the Florida State workman's compensation site OJCC. I found Coye Law Firm did not even file with the states workman's compensation to represent me!!! Daniel Smith has since left the firm! Feeling totally betrayed by this Law Firm with no concern to my pain , suffering and lost time

i would not recommend this law firm for a disability situation. they took my case, took all my information, and then i didn’t hear from them for another 3 weeks...i had to tell them more than 10 times that i was spending my summer in a different state and needed any mail from the disability office sent to that location. any time i got information from the disability office i would call them and ask what to do, i could never get in touch with the actual attorney assigned to my case, and it would always take 3-4 days before i ever received a call back. they never kept me up to date on what was going on with my case, instead i had to call on multiple occasions to see what was going on. i had to fill out multiple packets of questions from the disability office more than once because they didn’t actually fax my answers over when they said they did. i just recently returned home and received a letter from the disability office stating that they had been trying to contact me to set up an appointment to be examined and if i didn’t respond in 10 days my case would be closed....never received the first letter, and never got a call from my lawyers office...despite them being cced on everything....so now my case is down the toilet because whatever lawyer and team they assigned to my case could not be bothered to keep themselves up to date with my case. i’m sure it’s because it’s a disability case and they only get paid if they win at the end, and only a percentage of my winnings....meaning they could make more from another case, so screw those of us who need disability, right ?

Amber Williams is phenomenal. We hired an attorney (different law firm) who mishandled our case and left me, as the Personal Representative, with a mess. Being that I had never been through anything like this, I didn't know what to do. Amber was prompt to respond, obtained copies of our file, and quickly discerned what needed to be done to rectify the problems. In probate cases the Personal Representative is required to have completed certain steps by established deadlines. Well, the previous attorney dropped the ball on several things, not to mention gave very bad advice that cost me financially. This is a waste of time. Not a disbility lawfirm. Cannot take minors. I get unsolicited emails and texts and voicemails, all day, matching me with lawyers because this is a salesteam in a marketing office who forwards you to a closer, who is inexperienced. You do not speak to anyone during counseltation that has any knowledge where any laws for any cases are concerned. Its a sales person, with a list of qualifying false information the company set up on a graded scale and if you do not meet criteria, your not considered for council. Its a sales qualification call center. Not a legitimate lawyer. Your sales team initially taking my call and your inexperienced closers for your initial sales call were a huge waste of my time. Talk about adding insult to injury. Im surprised that people actually get paid for providing a service that I been denied for myself twice. It just astounds me that I can apply twice and although I've been denied I'm doing exactly what you're doing in fact better with more meticulous records and actually establishing a disability and it's not even my case, but I guess that's what a mother would do in regards to her children. I guess you have to care about the person you're getting the benefits for in order for the money to make any sense to you. You guys don't understand that because you're just as sales team disguised under the banner of a law firm and I think I may have missed my calling in life if you literally passed the bar to push paperwork, and not even as good as I can. This is a joke and you guys need a reality check. I mean you guys did call me every single day for 5 days in a row leaving message after message completely hounding me for service and when I get back to you you absolutely cannot help me and then you want to give me a general number for Social Security Administration to help find council in my area without any reference at all?! You literally have the same script that the 20 ads before you on Google did! The least you can do is write your own script.
