I hoped Mr Miller would have fought for me against the defendant (big Corp) since he knew I am permanently disabled with nerve damage due to their negligence. He gave me hope & kept us going for years. When the court date finally approached, I was encouraged by Mr Miller to settle without going to court. I'll never be able to pay doctor bills & pain medication debts for the rest of my life. Now, along with the physical disability, the failed experience I encountered with this law firm has left me numb, regretful & resentful.
I just read a jolly little review that said "Scott" & she had such a great personal relationship that he even involved her family. My family was devastated when I got home paralyzed. He never asked about my family. This will be forever difficult to get over. Insist on going to court~don't let him encourage you to sign & settle.

I was involved in a MAJOR accident involving a semi I had no idea where to turn. I called Mr. Millers law firm at 11:00 PM on a Friday night. He took the call immediately and spend 30 min on the phone with me. The next day he met me at 8 AM at my first doctors appointment. Scott Miller is EXTREMELY knowledgeable with the neck and spine. His team was absolutely amazing I had no trouble with getting in touch with them. Every question or concern was met with compassion and a rapid response. I needed back surgery and Scott personally called me several times after the surgery to make sure I was ok. Those small phone calls matter. Life is crazy. Just when you think all is well, something terrible happens to you. Even when you did nothing to deserve it. In my particular instance, a hotel I was visiting at the beach for my birthday had broken my leg and shattered my ankle. It was supposed to be a fun time. Not days in the hospital, extreme evasive surgery, agonizing pain and a bunch of metal to replace my broken bones. In life, you need people in your corner for these situations. Not just anyone - you need Scott Miller.
I found Scott (I can call him ‘Scott’ now) by thorough research online, reviewing BAR standings, etc. His record was outstanding. I set up an appointment and Scott came right to my home, which is ~38 miles away from his office, the same week.
Scott Miller is not your stereotypical attorney. He actually listens to his clients. He cares. He isn’t condescending.
