I thought that Reynolds was a Awesome Lawyer for Family. But I guess not. I pay him to help my husband to get to see his kids. He only help my husband with two court case. Then he stop. How can a Lawyer do that. He never called check up on us. Anyone out there looking for a Family lawyer don't go to him. I wish i didn't pay him. The money i will never see again.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! It took 3 weeks For Kenneth Renolds Esq. to write up my petition for divorce and then another 3 weeks to file it with the courts and get a case number for me-something that is electronically filed and should have only taken 2 days. And another 2 weeks after that to serve my husband the petition, something that I was told would be done in 5-7 days. I went in see him mid December for the initial consultation which was at a reduced rate in comparison with other attorneys in the area as was his initial quote for his retainer fee of $3,000 which he said would take me up to mediation. And that I believe, was the hook. It's true, you do get what you pay for! And what did I pay for? An attorney who re-scheduled my initial consultation due to a 'court emergency' and then was late to my rescheduled appointment by about an hour for another 'court emergency'. An attorney who was never at his office and whose paralegal was hardly at the office either. And why was she never at the office? Because she has to file documents at the court, and her son had acute bronchitis, and there was a death of family friend, etc, ect. Not that I can't have sympathy for other folks tragedies but they didn't seemed particularly concerned about me being a stay at home mom with two special needs kids who had to flee her marital home in a hurry. I had to beg and borrow to get the money to pay them what they asked and only asked for excellent customer service in return. The front door to this office was locked so much that at one point I started wondering if I had been duped and if the office was just a fake storefront. My answer to that question is pretty much, Yes. And when I emailed to find out what was going on, I finally got a snide remark that hours were by appointment only. Funny how that wasn't mentioned on the initial contract or in the voicemail message or posted on the door. That would have been good to know before forking over $3,000 dollars. I would call and email just to obtain basic information about my case only to get the same stale voicemail message 95% of the time. That was writing on the wall that I should have heeded. Keneth Britt Renolds wasn't there to explain to me the contents of the petition when he finally decided to finish it. Instead, I got his paralegal, Christina, who told me he was out with a stomach virus only to have him show up as I was finishing up with her. A 1 hr stomach virus, who knew! More writing on the wall which turned into graffiti when 1 month before my emergency hearing, Christina emailed to say that I was just about done with my 3,000 retainer fee and that they were gonna need another 1,000 to represent me at my emergency hearing!! And what was the grand finale of this horrible experience? Sitting at my hearing alone as Mr. Renolds was 10 min late! Per the Bailiff that day, that's his usual MO.He was unshaven and smelt of alcohol and I don't think it was cough syrup people!! An internet search later confirmed my suspicions, as he has a mug shot posted online! Take a wild guess what it's for. And this wasn't the worst of it! When the Judge asked him where my financial affidavit was, the one that I had diligently filled out a given to Christina 3 months prior, it turns out it was never filed with the court and my case had to be rescheduled for 2 weeks later allowing my husband to hire counsel which he didn't have before!! I was livid and fired him as soon as I could find a real lawyer to take the case which only took a few days, thankfully. But you know what that cost me, several more thousands of dollars to hire the new attorney. My advice to you? Don't come near Kenneth Britt Renolds or his paralegal, Christina, with a 10 foot pole to save yourself time, energy, money, and aggravation. My next reviews will be for the chamber of commerce and the Florida Bar. Word on the street is that I'm not the first one of his clients to receive such substandard service. But I can make it my business to be the last by warning other would be clients of his and Christina's scam. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Excellent attorney, and staff. When I got scammed on a home deal he worked hard to help me with my case and recoupong my money. And did not charge me an arm and leg.

If you are looking for an attorney, look somewhere else. We scraped up $3000 and paid our retainer and in return we got nothing. Nobody ever returns phone calls and visits to the office were fruitless as well. Nobody is ever there. We were forced to retain another attorney.

Ken is a great attorney. He was very willing to help. Took the time, sat down, and reviewed everything with me. Reasonable prices and excellent advice. Highly recommendable.

Absolutely terrible. Never EVER returns a phone call. You have to show up in the office and sit there to get any answer. The secretary is just as bad. Does not do what the judge instructs to be done. Run away! Do not use!

Me and my girlfriend hired Reynolds law and over the ph we agree with a flat rate fee and was in February after 8 months of continuation he ask me for 150 % more retainer and he have done anything for a child support modifications and now he wants more money run away from this group of thieves. Read reviews first before hire this guy he also charge to read your emails. Trust me he it’s not the right person to represent you in your case

Recently, I found myself in need of legal advice so I hired Mr. Reynolds. He fought my case tooth and nail. On the day of trial, it was clear that Ken was well-prepared. He had all his exhibits in order, with copies for everybody involved. The Officer tried his hardest to skate around the truth but in the end, Ken’s cross-examination was PERFECTION. He anticipated what the Officer was going to say well before the Officer even said it. The Judge acquitted me of all charges (and I didn’t even have to testify). Ken is a true trial lawyer and I would recommend him to anyone in need of a defense lawyer. I wish I didn't need them but,My children's mother married a child molester the courts did not seem to care and left my children in her home. I did get them and have since lost my son who is all but dropped out of school at 14.

Don’t waste your time with this one!!! The only reason I gave 1 Star is that I couldn’t leave a review without giving any stars. I handed this guy a slam dunk case for contempt and temporary relief. Piles of evidence, voice messages, everything needed to win my case. He blew it.
He showed up in court unshaven looking like a homeless bum, shaking like a drunk going through withdrawals, and completely unprepared to win a court case. As far as I’m concerned the man robbed me of my retainer, because he did absolutely nothing for the money I paid him.
Ken Reynolds is more useless than a screen door on a submarine, and as an attorney he makes a great janitor!!!

So thankful for Mr. Reynolds and his staff. First, he was very reasonable in his pricing unlike other attorneys that I had spoke with that wanted to charge me an arm and a leg which I just did not have being a single mom.
Then he took the time to actually listen to me and what I was going thorough. Then he explained the steps of divorce and the different steps that have to take place. His office has taken extra time for me answering all my calls and emails and was on top of everything. I felt like they were fighting for their own family member. If you want an attorney who cares I highly recommend Mr. Reynolds, he is terrific. And when he is not available his assistant, Christina is very knowledgeable, caring and considerate as well.

I was promised legal paperwork prior to deploying. This deadline was missed and I've been deployed for 3 months now. Kenneth and his office have refused to answer my calls and emails. I've been requesting my retainer back for months now with no response. This has turned an already terrible situation into an even worse situation. Would strongly suggesting finding someone else to "look after you".
