I never actually had to see the inside of a courtroom. I never even met Frank face to face. It was a very simple divorce done through mail/email/fax. Frank is knowledgable and thorough.

Mr Remsen was very helpful with getting my child support reduced

Although handling my divorce wasn't terrible, he did have a winning result, however, I feel he should've fought for more money. He went for the lowest amount possible.

When handling my chapter 13 bankruptcy, he DID NOT manage his paralegal. Her actions resulted in an additional bankruptcy-chapter 7, in which I had to forfeit my home and car. He then fired her and gave all his bankruptcy cases to another attorney...all without notification. I should've reported his firm to the Florida Bar. By the way, my case was NOT the only one he did this to! You'll do yourself a favor to hire someone else!
