Nobody called me back ever. I called 3 times and the last time I finally got someone to explain to me what they did. If it's that hard to just get someone on the phone to call me. I'd rather go elsewhere.

This firm was recommended to me by an excellent elder law practice to assist with a claim to Social Security. I provided this firm with the denial letter received from Social Security on Monday, August 27th. I asked that I be contacted by an attorney on their staff to schedule a meeting to start the appeal process. Today is Thursday, September 6th, and I have yet to hear from anyone. I have contacted their offices twice during this time to inquire about a conversation with an attorney and was told I would receive a call that day or the next. Notwithstanding that I was told on two separate occasions that I would receive a call from an attorney, I have yet to hear from anyone. I'm thankful that I did not embark on the appeals process with this firm. I can only imagine the quality of their representation when they are unable to return a simple phone call after two weeks.
