Don't use this place for red light camera tickets, it's a scam. They're glad to take your money and tell you to wait for the UTC citation so they can go to court for you, and then they neglect to mention you will be billed for court costs that equal the amount of the UTC.

In essence I got a $150 ticket and ended up paying $280 because I bought their bullcrap hook, line, and sinker.

They may have said I'd be responsible for court costs, I honestly don't remember, but if they did it was under the radar.

Make it clear! You pay less if you just pay your ticket. They don't say that though because they want their $90.

Good game guys, I'm sure the Orange County courts appreciate your patronage. At least my money will go towards better schools and things like public transportation right? ...right?

Red Light Camera violations just pay the fine and stay far away from this firm. I just got done paying $385 in court fees, way to go Ticket Clinic!! Had 2 violations not actual tickets for $158 a pop. First they tell me to wait until the red light violation becomes a actual ticket. So I did. Then I pay TICKET CLINIC $200 for both occurrences. Months later I get 2 bills from Orange County for $385. So now total $585 out of my pocket when I could of paid $300 bucks with nothing on my record either way. They never told me this up front. I tried to get a refund back of the $200 or anything but nothing. I was pretty much yelled back at with phone reps who think they are lawyers or something & do not even speak proper english. I did trust the firm to do the right thing but it is just bad business. Pretty much a SCAM. I will not never refer this place to anyone.

From scanning through reviews I see that other people have made the same mistake I did. I had a red light camera ticket that was lost in the mail for 5 months after I moved. Because it went unpaid the amount due increased to nearly $300. The video attached did not even support a red light violation, so I contacted The Ticket Clinic to discuss if it was worth taking it to court.

I requested to actually speak to a legal expert before paying for their services to see if it would be worth the trouble. Multiple times I was told I would be contacted. After nearly 3 weeks I gave in and just paid the $90 because the due date for my ticket was swiftly approaching. I felt I had a good case and the telephone operators I spoke with told me that should be all I would owe if I won my case.

Here we are months later and my court date came and went. A couple weeks before that I got an email from the person I’d spoken with originally asking me to send my red light camera video again... a great sign. A few days after the court date I received an email that basically boiled down to, “Congrats, you won! No points on your record! Now just pay the $191 in court fees within 62 days.” I was never in danger of points and now I owe more than I would have originally!!

DO NOT waste your time unless you have a serious infraction like drunk/reckless driving and you have no other options. You will be misled. Extremely disappointing.

I am requesting to speak with the judge that decided my judgement to explain what this useless service does, not to knock my ticket down but so that they can be aware of this scam! pay the red light fee and just be done, they also can set up payment plans at the court house which is what I'll be doing

They were able to get my husband's ticket and court fees dropped but only after we did most of the work. We basically had to get the documents to show the insurance company paid for the property damages and this was after I drove from Orlando to Bartow to attend the hearing for me reason. When they say they will do the work for you they are lying. We could have just done this ourselves and saved the $150.

Would rate zero if possible. Paid them and speeding ticket remained at full price. On top of that, when you call to speak to someone about your case, good luck. They have no idea what you are talking about and are also very rude! Had a clean record before, and the officer spelled the car make/model wrong, normally you could get it thrown out. Waste of money. I had a very bad experience with The Ticket Clinic. I was issued a speeding ticket on Federal land and used the online form to hire The Ticket Clinic. Their website (and as I later found, their hold music) stated they handle all kinds of tickets across Florida and the United States. Thinking they could help, I engaged them and uploaded a copy of the citation. I received an email confirmation and was charged the fee. Two plus weeks later, I heard nothing, so I contacted them. Later, I received a call telling me that they could not find my matter. Several days later (after I emailed them the confirmation, they called me back and a "legal assistant" rudely said they could not help me. It was frustrating to know they could not handle all kinds of speeding tickets, even in Florida, and that their online system had not failed. As a I result, I have less than two weeks before the due day to scramble to find someone to help me. I hope others think twice before they engage this group.

Do you not give your money to this law firm what a complete waste of time if you have a red light ticket they don’t do anything for you and you end up having to pay more in court costs, $158 ticket ended up costing me $280.
They trying to tell you about a money back guarantee which is not actually offered in orange county Florida. so they just take It to court and don’t fight, even tho red light tickets are unconstitutional. Stay away.

Oh my god, this was the biggest mistake I’ve made this year. My ticket was $231 and after paying $100 to the ticket clinic they got the points withheld but at the cost of $400 in court fees. Next time I’m just going to take the freaking class, this whole thing is one big set back for me now. Thanks ticket clinic...... not.

I was told that my civil record would not reflect my speeding violation, and it does. I paid for the initial $100 my "attorney" and another $281 in court costs, and was told that I had "won" my case. The service also does not communicate with you throughout the process. I had to reach out several times, each time I had a question, with little to no helpful response. I suggest taking driving school, and paying your ticket. Altogether I paid more for this service than my ticket was, and it was for nothing.

DON’T DO IT!!! Paid ticket Clinic 124$ for a speeding ticket of 127$. They beat the case no pts. Or classes. BUT, court fees of 160?! I believe taking a class to remove pts would have been atleast 50 $ :(
