I don't even know where to start, since my case pended with USCIS 3 years. It was a very complex case since I came here with student visa and went to multiple schools, work on EAD and applied for work visa multiple times, and finally got a work visa but my change of status from student visa to work visa was denied. I was required to go back to my home country to re-apply for the visa, getting a visa back in 2015 in my circumstances from a middle eastern country was a very slim chances.

I and my wife, back then my girl friend, made a research on attorneys who could help us and we decided to consult with Lena based on the reviews and positive feedback she had.

She reviewed our case and asked very basic and clear questions and advised us to go marriage route based on our relationship status and our plans, which we were planing on it anyways. We took her advise. She set expectation around what to would happen and how long would it take to get our case to be approved. The timelines were longer than we were expecting, however she was there throughout the process and always was hopeful and encouraging that we will get our case approved sooner or later. During that process we had to apply for work permission/EAD 3 times and each time Joe was on top of the paperwork and procedures. We had multiple interviews with immigration office and Lena always was there with us each time , and she helped us to get through the stressful times. They did not take advantage of length of our case and they gave us discounted prices since our case was taking longer than our initial expectations. I could not imagine how much this process would cost us with some other attorney.

I am writing this long review because other reviews helped us to pick the right attorney and office when we were in the process of making a life critical decision and I hope my review will help others the make the same, right decision and go with Lena and Joe.
