I apologize on my long overdue review on Gail Seeram. As of the year of 2017 it feels like the most enourmous of weights has been lifted off my chest, and I could for the first time in 13+ years rest assured, free of all worries that I was officially a permanent resident of the USA. Worst experience ever,. I was a real client, I see on here when people give there honest reviews she down plays it and immediately attacks the person giving the review,and if all the good reviews was really real,she would have replied those as well with a thank you.
Worse experience ever, maybe you might have better luck.
And yes I was a real client,if you can’t find me,that’s sad.
I will say this though, Gail is good at what she does,her secretary at the time I was a client,is the bad apple,and due to that,it affected the business.

I would recommend Gail, I think she did a fair job, I only had two issues, number one, when my interview appointment arrived, I decided not to use Gail, for the interview, to save the thousand dollars and I did have a couple of questions about what I needed to bring with me to the interview ,and at that point she informed me that no other assistance would be rendered that those questions fall under the thousand dollar interview fee .#2 in her last email, to the general public, she mentioned that only nonwhites would be affected by the new rules, surrounding benefits and green card applications, at my interview, and I am white, they asked me if I received any benefits during my stay in the United States, we need to leave this racial division out of our conversations

In 2017 My wife applied for me through her and she always took payment first and then she didn’t work according to her statement what she committed before taking payment however at the NVC stage she took payment first and then she hold all the documents to her more than a month instead of sending the papers to the NVC and then my wife contacted to her and was rude and I also emailed her to get updated that when she gonna send documents to the NVC but she also was rude to me and call my wife and made unacceptable misbehavior Which was really shocking however she sent my documents to the NVC and as it was a CR1 category so submit marriage certificate to NVC is important and vital thing but she didn’t submit our marriage certificate to NVC and as a consequence NVC asked for our marriage and we have had to wait 4 extra weeks to get DQ
That’s not the end of her drama she also wrote my name wrongly she wrote my name like fozyal which was really unprofessional and frustrating. My wife was really frustrated for her unusual behaviors and at a stage my wife stop communicating with her about my case and she got helped from NVC that a representative told her about all the process and how to fix my name and advised her to submit our marriage certificate as soon as possible
In the mean time Gail didn’t contact with my wife but as soon as my visa was approved and then she start sending email to both of us and stated that if we need any kind of help then she’s always there for us
She always send her advertise to my email and some of her videos as well
Ms or Mrs Gail just want to tell you that you have to send your advertisement to the client just work properly and provide a good service to people so people will search your advertisements and give you a good review even will praise of your service to their community as well

Great lawyer. I am out of state and everything was done via phone and email. I received my Visa and was able to come home to my wife and kids. I recommended her to my brother in law and now his wife is here too. Now using her to obtain citizenship.

Made an online appointment for consultation over the phone, confirmed for the call today but I did not receive a call. Received message that they are running late and will call me back. Revived a call from the office not sure if she was PR or not. She advised if they can reschedule for later today which I stated I’m not available but I can do anther day. She started asking questions but being honest it seemed she has no idea what she’s asking and kept relating same questions in different ways. Then she was asking for my green card info and my alien number which I said I’m more comfortable to speak to an attorney first and if I decided to move forward I will provide those info! Then she was asking to provide my X husband info ( full name, add,etc) which again I politely refused and repeat id like to talk to the lawyer before giving my information. She rudely responded we won’t proceed with the consultation if we don’t have these info, which is very strange since I talked to other attorneys before. So I never got a chance to talk to the lawyer and I think it was for the best.
