I don't understand how they are so amazing when they have a bunch of incompetent people working for them, they are so incompetent
That they can't schedule an appointment correctly
It's much easier and a lot more honest if you tell your customers you are swamped and can't take appointments then to lead someone on, and have them take time of work for an appointment never happened, because they are incompetent.
Here's a thought, Maybe I need to sue them for for lying And canceling appointments with my customers, for lost Revenue

I was supposed to get a scheduled call from the lawyer after i explained my case, never received a call. I called that day and the next few days and they were ignorant and not picking up. They werent even kind enough to cancel the scheduled appointment. Horrible customer service and definetely not a way to get new customers.

Do not hire this firm. He takes the money and never call you back. Very rude and unprofessional staff. My friend hired them for immigration case.
