My husband slipped & fell at a local retail establishment due to the floor cleaning company leaving a puddle of their soap on the floor with no one attending it & no sign warning of it. He actually went airborne but sustained relatively minor injuries.
The Morgan & Morgan attorney who handled the case did a remarkable job! Alberto Oliveri focused in on the fact that while the medical bills were not substantial, the pain & loss of mobility/flexibility that my husband suffered caused him to change jobs, which resulted in a decrease in his income.
The settlement from the cleaning company's insurance provider was substantially more than we anticipated. The "extra" funds have made a big difference to us & we can not thank Alberto enough. He really dug in & fought for us, framing the lawsuit to focus on more than just medical bills. The claim he won for us took care of all the medical bills & made up for the reduced income & compensated my husband for his pain & suffering.

Morgan and Morgan is who I called for medical malpractice when I gave birtto my first and only child, a little girl. who ended up suffering from inhaling and digesting meconium. After retrieving her medical documents when she passed away on thanksgiving (2mo and 18 days old) I found so many issues that were found by doctors when they did chest X-rays on her.. that I was never informed of. So when I contacted Morgan and Morgan, explained my situation, that was a Friday, they called me Monday to schedule a consultation. Very prompt, efficient and compassionate to my situation. Hopefully they can help me, it won’t being my baby girl back but it will bring justice to the short lived life she was given and it will help me have closure! They look for easy cases at least the one in ocala does,I talked to them they said they couldn't look into it any further,but didn't want to tell me why.went somewhere else and my case qualified....huh...funny!!!

Have a case with them solved for Six months now. Social security office paid them three months ago. We have yet to see the crumbs we settled on. My wife deserves a better chance. More than what Morgan has done. She did beat breast cancer, so that means more to us than the money.

They were willing to take the time and listen to my concerns about certain aspects of some legal issues I had.

What a joke! They had me on the phone for 40 minutes asking my and my kids personal information. Then they had to phonetically spell back EVERYTHING!! Then they said I would be given a free consultation. The call center, and that's all it is, is a call center with generic operators. The person said well we can't take your case based on the answers I gave them. My name, address, phone number and email, my kids names, their dates of birth and phone numbers. That is what I gave them! And a small bit of why I called. I wanted to have them help me navigate a portion of Social Security rhetoric and pay them for their help. That's all I needed, but it is apparent that my need for attorney consultation would not make them enough money. Thanks FOR THE PEOPLE??? My kids and their futures are IMPORTANT as people trying to sue others. *And love the 'generic' responses to negative reviews.

Morgan and Morgan spends alot of money on advertising as we all see, but, when a consumer in need tries to use this law firm they don't really get the responsiveness or service purported in the advertising. I know this because I started sending people to them and attempted to use them and over the course of years I see the same pattern of all show and no go. My dad used them to get social security disability but it took them 5 or 6 years, the disability was overwhelmingly obvious, and they NEVER call back. I sent people to them for workers comp and they got tiny nuisance cases (like 5k) with good cases. My mom had an issue with a dog bite case that they most certainly could have pursued but did nothing and provided no explanation. I tried to use them for a food poisoning case with obvious negligence and damages and they just dont take the case.
You are far better off getting an attorney that specializes in their field. All Morgan and Morgan is going to do is sub it out to another lawyer(considered part of the firm) anyway. In my opinion they are hyping themselves up by advertising and that's it. You dont get the lawyer on the phone or the availability they advertise In the end with all things carefully considered they are not what they make themselves out to be. I'm saying this because of myself or family members and friends dealing with them. But they will never get anyone from me ever again.
