Attorney Fisher and Miss Garcia took on my case that I had even though I lived states away. We had a call to each other and I could tell that Attorney Fisher was not someone who took his client's cases lightly. He went to court and represented me and got the job done. When I requested law firm branded materials not be sent to my home address, I was ignored. Numerous requests for the communications to stop have gone ignored, and this has resulted in a number of privacy issues.

I looked around and shopped around before I chose Umansky. So let me save you the trouble. They are a class act! I couldn't recommend them anymore if I could. Zahra is so down to earth and you get a real feeling that they care about your needs. THAT is so important. To add, when I shopped around they had the most reasonable rates of all. THAT too is so important.
So give them a try, and at your end know that patience on your part is key since they can't speed things up anymore than how the system goes. However, they were great updating and keeping you in the loop. I did NOT feel like a number, they treated me like a human being.

After a series of mistakes on my case, I found myself in an awkward position having to explain why I had done steps out of order to the officers of Orange County. Thankfully, I was helped by some officers to understand that I had been given the wrong advice from my lawyer.
This was a shocker because I’m a young guy who just had to pay 3.5k for a simple case.
This resulted in a lot more uncomfortable situations because more work had been created for the officers to figure out.
This was when I realized that the firm has been paying to manipulate search results so that they would come up on top when you search for a good lawyer. However, using spammy tactics like that only work for the short term.
The very moment I hit send on my email to let them know that my case was finished, I had a salesperson ring me up and pitch me on getting my charges expunged. This really showed me the kind of firm this was. Sucks that others will probably be given the same advice...

In comparison to other accidents, perhaps this was not horrible, but it impacted and changed our family and therefore it was very important to us. Umansky helped us when others cared not to do so, the entire staff seemed to truly care.

I was in a car accident, that wasn’t my fault. There were multiple things that happened that seemed very unfair to me, especially being the person that wasn’t at fault. This was my first time involved with the criminal justice system and I was very apprehensive and nervous. After some careful research, I chose the Umansky firm. When, after a preliminary interview, I received a phone call from Mr. Umansky to make sure everything was to my satisfaction, I knew I had made the best selection.
My attorney, Zahra Umansky, explained the legal process that I would go through in detail. I was informed by her of any changes or developments that happened during preliminary hearings on the day they occurred. Any plea options that were available to me, and their consequences, were explained to me thoroughly. This allowed me to make an informed decision on the most advantageous plea to present to the prosecuting attorney and judge.
After my court appearance, attorney Umansky accompanied me through the courthouse to make sure I located the proper office to complete the judicial process.
Andrea Edge, attorney Umansky’s legal assistant, was very efficient in keeping communications open between myself and my attorney. She arranged phone conferences, sent me any documents that I needed to view or take action upon by e-mail. An e-mail was always sent me to confirm appointment dates and times. Ms. Edge would follow up with a phone as a reminder of date and time.

Very poor and threatening experience. I have never felt so intimidated and entrapped by anyone trying to "help me". They warned me of possibilities of jailtime and tried to intimidate me into paying them $1800 for a petty theft charge that is punishable by 2 months in jail and a $500 fine. With their help, you can spend more then 3x the amount u asked for, be threatened and personally attacked, and feel entrapped all in one. If u want a attorney truly out for your wallet go to these guys. The attorney himself said "he has to charge this much in order to pay his 25 employees". With that being said good sir, being a business owner in a competitive market myself, quality is important yes. However, cost is also a huge concern for most people purchasing a service or item. Why go to Target when I can go to Walmart and buy the same exact thing for a lesser price. Poor prices. Poor service. Go elsewhere.

My initial contact was with Bill who called me on FaceTime while on an outing with his family. He assured me that Rachel was the go to person for our situation. From there it only got better.
