In September of 2014, while at a red light, I was rear ended and pushed into the car in front of me. Fortunately my daughter and I only suffered minor injuries and my car sustained slight damage. The driver immediately admitted their negligence and was sited.
The complication of my case was that I had just moved to Florida from out of state and my policy carried no PIP coverage. Dolman Law took my case and went the distance with it. I had the pleasure of having Attorney Julia McGrath on my case. She guided us through our video depositions with such encouragement that my eleven year old daughter actually looked forward to it!
