Maritza, Allison and the staff are professional, courteous and above all, client centered. They demonstrate all the traits one should look for when hiring an Attorney and seeking legal advice... honesty, straightforwardness and commitment to your case. Legal proceeding can be costly and at Arroyo and Talbert, they keep that in mind for their clients. By far, the best value in the area and my first recommendation to anyone seeking legal counsel... 5 star services!

Maritza Arroyo did not represent me for my interests but more of the interest of the plaintiff. Her billing was over charging and she made deals with the plaintiffs attorney without my consent. She caused me to drive every other weekend to meet the plaintiff for her visitation when I told her I couldn't afford it. I also told her not to charge me anymore unless I concurred on all charges ahead of time. I got primary custody and she drug her feet for over 6 months until my case got a new judge. She never got my order for primary custody signed but instead let the case drag out making me drown in more debt. I do not recommend her to any men at all. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. This is my personal experience and my thoughts on her. I do not think she cares authentically about her clients but more of how much money she can get. Just my opinion from my experience. I begged for her to get rid of an injunction I had that the judge had dropped long ago and she never did. I could've done it myself had I known. Wow what an experience that I pray no one else has to go through with her. She even told the plaintiffs attorney in front of me that she was working for free because I was behind in payments to her. WOW. What an embarrassment and a slap in my face.
