Don’t bother calling Morgan and Morgan for any of your medical needs because if there’s not enough money in it for them they’re not gonna take your case.. I was literally assaulted by Halifax Hospital staff in Daytona Beach and they don’t believe that would be a case they would be willing to take. So if you’re not in the business of protecting people what’s with all the commercials “For the people“ you’re not for the people, you’re only for your pockets.

Did not give my problem a chance

From the initial decision to come to Mr. Caldwell, everything from there was honestly life changing. He and his staff, specifically my case manager Colleen, handled my case with great care and made it all worth while. Despite the opinion of others about what I should have done in regards to my case, Tom gave me the best advice and I haven't looked back since. If I ever need any other legal help I will be sure to come back to him again and tell others as well.

Great law firm

I called over a week ago and signed my documents I was told that my attorney would be contacting me and have yet to get a call back....
Received my call back :
I was told I needed to remove my review because it's not good for the law firm....and if your calling because they advertise about harrasing phone calls don't bother they don't help!! Needless to say get rid of YOUR commercial for harrasing phone calls.... And don't misslead people you tell people your taking a case have them e-sign paperwork to turn around and tell them you can not help?? Makes no sense but you want a review removed... seriously!! This is what happens when you deal with 1,000 people working in a CALL CENTER!!!

From the beginning, Tom has treated my case with care like none other. We not only bonded through my case but he is a musician as well. Throughout the years I have had numerous cases and Tom Caldwell at Morgan & Morgan has been the attorney that I have used on all of them. With Tom, he doesn't treat you like you are only a client he treats you as if you are family. This definitely shows throughout his team as well as through his cases.
